Shoppers Drug Mart

Ran a prescription through my insurance but didn’t actually have the prescription, then went to run another prescription through and caused my insurance to be frozen. That’s just the most recent incident. Not to mention not informing us they were out of stock of other prescriptions and telling us ‘good luck’ to find it somewhere else, it’s a prescription not some off the shelf meds. Luckily another pharmacy in town helped us out. It used to be the pharmacy to go to, I’ve been a customer for 26 years but the last year or so is the mail in the coffin between the first mentioned incident which occurred more than once and everything else, not to mention some of the customer service I’ve seen in the last six months or so.

The new walk-in clinic is beautiful and so handy! Pharmacist Mina did such a great job with my little girl. He was welcoming, caring and super gentle with her. Very good experience! Thank you so much!

Worst pharmacy in town, ignorant and snotty pharmacy staff. Never be back.

They have a walk-in clinic that offers consultation from 10am to 6pm for 7days/week, which was very convenient for us who wanted to be spared from the 6hr wait time at the Outpatient services.
