Rude staff in the makeup department. I have had 2 negative experiences with that blonde lady who works there. The first one was she said "are you going to buy anything or not"? ! I was only there for like 5 minutes. I forgot about the event. Months later I was there on new years eve. I was about to head over to bodiddleys nearby for a fancy new years event, and briefly used their mirror. The same snotty blonde lady with the bob haircut said I'm not allowed to use their mirror to put on my own makeup. What is the mirror for then? They have a security guard. There's no reason for that snotty behaviour. I don't bother to go there anymore. If I'm in that area, I'd rather just go to costco.

Shopper Pharmacy Not Answering the calls, I called 5-6 times. All the time phone is waiting for 10-15 mins. No one care.

The security guards on todays shift are terrible very rude and followed us through the store and made us super uncomfortable for no reason

Had such a terrible experience at this shoppers, I love going to shoppers and browsing to find new things, decided to go with my girlfriends tonight to buy a few things. As we walk in we notice the security guard was leaning on a table just on his phone the moment we walk in he gets off his phone and starts to follow us around (even though there were already customers in the store). Every aisle we went into he was there it was ABSOLUTELY
UNCOMFORTABLE, the security guard proceeded to follow us even after we said loudly that we were uncomfortable. Once we went to pay we told the cashier that we were uncomfortable with the male security guard following us at every second for the past 30 minutes. We then proceeded to pay for our things and told the security we felt uncomfortable all he did was ignore us and look away.

One of the worst pharmacy. Nobody communicates, always seems like it's trouble just getting your routine meds. They say they'll fill it and it will be ready, and it's never ready when told. Avoid this place of you can. This SHOPPERS is not living upto it's customer service. They should rebrand

Just returned from this pharmacy after yet another terrible customer service experience. I switched to this pharmacy after moving to this neighbourhood, having had excellent care at other shoppers, and I wish I would have read the reviews first. The wait for both pickup and drop off are always between 5-10 min, no matter the time of day. There are always several staff working in the back area while customers wait. I understand that they are doing work to fill prescriptions, etc, but they don’t even bother to make eye contact or let us know they will be there to help shortly. On occasion, a staff member wishes to review my prescriptions. Or I presume this is what they are doing as they never tell me why they are asking questions. I presume the person asking is a pharmacist, but because they never introduce themselves and sometimes don’t wear a name tag, I can’t be sure. It is never the same staff person / pharmacist so I feel like there is no relationship or continuity of care. They ask me about the reason why I take the meds in front of other customers and I feel forced to answer while feeling embarrassed about having to talk about it so publicly. I have had to explain one of my diagnosis to more that one staff member as they don’t seem to understand what it is. All while in public and me being aware that there are others who are waiting to be served. As others have mentioned, I have called ahead for refills, came at the recommended time for pickup, waited in line for 10 min only to learn the prescription has not been filled. My Dr has mentioned she has trouble with phone renewals at this place and sometimes has to call more than once to ensure my prescription is filled. If you are looking for a new pharmacy in the NE, I don’t recommend this one.

As much as I’d like to be able to give them a higher rating I cannot, what’s the point of booking an appointment with a pharmacist if you still have to wait for the walk ins first. Waster of time

I’ve been getting my prescriptions from Shoppers for over 30 years. Because of the personalized service and the kindness of their one pharmacist in particular Tauseef my family’s prescriptions have all been switched over to this shoppers. It sure is nice to feel like you belong to a close knit community
