Either they need to train their staff efficiently or else stop ignoring the line ups. I had a lady helping me with the returns, in spite of me requesting her to let me use the card for a refund, she was denying because the card number didn’t match the number on a receipt. I as a customer told her that if its not the same card it would automatically decline, but she was like no it will go back on this card thats why we need to see it first. Later her senior came and told her that the number differs because i might have used the tap, which was the case. This whole thing caused a line up behind and i asked cashier to help the lady behind me first and she said no its okay. After that she forgot to have me sign the receipt and called me back, which made that lady in a line so mad that I had to say sorry to her and she for some reason got mad at me. I mean those other workers who clearly saw that the cashier was struggling and there was the line up they could have hopped on to one of the tills. But no they chose to ignore the entire situation.

Grabbed items from three for 5 aisle. Went to the cashier. Showed up $2.19 per items.asked the staff. The staff went to ask another staff. And another staff came to grab the item to the back. I showed them where I picked up the items. A staff came out told me oh those are $2.19 as priced on the screen… they spent 15mins to find out something that the self-checkout already told me. Staffs are clueless and undertrained here. I’m not looking for price check I’m looking for the explanation of why there is a discrepancy from the tag and the check out screen…

Beautiful place to stroll around and shop in Brewery and Unity Square. I love Shoppers. I love this store and the staff but there is a huge need for restricted security. Each time I went shopping there was an angry person shoplifting. Just scary all the way to the lanes. This area is beautiful I love to walk around but I get hesitant other times because it's when the standbys are showing up.

My prescription order are not filled out properly it says quantity 112 and when I counted them there was only 56 and it's been on going for awhile wrong quantity of pulls please everyone keep track of your count on the quantity I'm not going back to shoppers drug Mart I'm done

Whoever schedules staff has been scheduling fewer and fewer staff to the point that it's a skeleton crew. I struggled to find something but they only have a few staff, most of which end up busy with the tills. So if you need assistance you have to wait a long time or go somewhere else.
I'd rate it lower but it's not the staffs fault that the manager is scheduling so few people.

This review is a bit late. Last year I dropped by to purchase a foundation at the cosmetics department, and the consultant there (an older Filipino lady) 'forced' me to buy the wrong shade. I prefer to pick my make up shades by myself, but she wouldn't leave me alone, and was insistent that she was giving me the correct shade. Each time I tried to walk back to the foundations section to put that one back and pick another, she'd immediately 'catch me' again and insist that she was right, and that I must take the shade she chose for me! She hovered over me right until I gave in and purchased the shade she insisted on, and then had the audacity to ask me to fill out an online survey and give her a positive review! I am still stuck with the wrong shade which makes my face look absolutely ugly and discolored! On the same day, when I walked back into the store because I had forgotten to pick up a certain 'unrelated' food item, the same cosmetics lady again spotted me and walked right over, wanting to know if "I needed something more. " Horrible experience!

I have shopped here but today is the last time. I was followed by the security guard the minute I stepped into the store. This guard has followed me before. I am tired of shoppers drugmart security following me. I use the pharmacy at the 104 street location also. Really thinking of changing pharmacies and never shopping at either of these locations again.

Just bought some supplies.tall fillipino lady, shoulder length hair (who kept sneezing the last time i was there) checked me out. I asked for a bag.paid.it turned out i needed two bags (god forbid!) because the one I used tore while loading it.this clerk started to rudely tell me i should tell her i need two bags if i want two bags and now she has to pay for that second bag herself.

I thought that she should be nice because i am a customer.rather than lecture me as my bag tore and I struggled to collect my items to leave. She made me feel like I lied to her so I could win 5 free cents. I gave her back the torn bag, collected my items in hand, and left.what a terribly rude person.yuck.ruin a relationship for 5 cents.not a great business model.

One of the most uncomfortable shopping experiences I've had in a while. This is the Shopper's closest to my university but not my local. I won't be going back. I came in the store to use the post office and purchased some snacks. On my way out I noticed all the cosmetic gift sets and came back in for Christmas shopping. I'm very particular when I buy cosmetics, so if it's a product I'm not familiar with I pull out my phone and look at customer reviews before buying.

Apparently that makes me very suspicious? I already had a friendly staff member ask me if I needed assistance. Soon after I found gift set I'm interested in, so I read up on the products. The store was fairly busy, but out of every one in the store I guess I looked like the biggest shop lifter present because security stood over me the entire time.

I stood there longer than 5 minutes and security never budged. They didn't even hide what they were doing. It made me very anxious about if what I was doing warranted being treated like a criminal. I already bought something. I had a purchase from another store. If they didn't want me on my phone in their store they should say something, because it felt very intimidating. I got so fed up I told a woman in the cosmetics department and she directed me to the store manager.

I understand that it's City Center. I also understand that stores need to take loss prevention seriously. But regardless it should not come at the cost of the shopping experience. I'll stick to my local store, they've never made me feel unwanted.

The older filipino lady in the cosmetics department was keeping an eye on me and my sister. I confronted her and asked what her problem was in a normal toned manner and she instantly gave attitude and told us her problem with us and proceeded to ignore what we had to say. She did not act professional about how to resolve the problem. She called the manager on us and I just talked it out with the manager. He was great at listening to our side and apologized. I have no problem with the manager. I had a problem with that lady. I just hope when I go shop there again, she will not be lurking on me.

Horrible experience here, all the sales people watch you like a hawk and make you feel super uncomfortable. I understand the location is in a high risk area but I think the security man is doing his job quite well and the sales associates do not need to follow each guest making them feel unwelcome. I’m not sure her full name, an older asian lady, I got part of it off her name tag I think it was Zen in cosmetics? She was particularly rude. I’ve worked in customer service for 10+ years the service I received from her compared to the older lady in the aisle next to me was very different. Maybe try and treat all guests the same regardless of age. I will not be coming back.

I was hoping to buy a new lipstick and the women at the makeup counter was following me around eyeing me like I was going to steal. I was an older Filipino women, I'm assuming the same person who has been mentioned in a few other reviews, also about treating customers poorly. If she's is making numerous customers uncomfortable in your store perhaps you should follow up with her.

The older philipino lady at the Canada Post is not only stupid but very rude to customers. She confused my house number with my unit number and refused to give me my package because somehow the address format has to be the exact same as the one in the box with the unit number at the end of the address. Which is so stupid. Just ridiculous!

I've shopped at shoppers beauty for years but this location was awful. The girl I asked for help didnt have any idea what the product was and was not willing to find out from some other resource. She simply read what was on the box to me instead of answering my question. They did not have a tester out and when I asked if she would make one from one of the 20 boxes of product on the shelf so I could at least see what it looked like, she said no. Other shoppers have done this so I dont understand why she would not. I gave up trying to get her to help and just figured it out on my own. When I went to purchase, I specifically buy from the beauty counter to get samples and the cute little paper bag, otherwise I'd just do self checkout. When I asked what samples they had today she said they didnt have any. The employee at the till beside her gave her customer a sample at this moment she pulled from under the counter literally as this girl was saying they didnt have any. I didnt push it because I was already confused and frustrated. When the purchase was complete, she pushed the products and receipt at me from across the counter. I asked if I could have a bag, and she grabbed for a plastic one. I asked if I could have a paper one since I recycle them at home as other crafts. She said they didnt have any. At this same moment her coworker was bagging the other customers products in a paper bag. I gestured at the other till and the girl helping me simply shrugged.

I cant believe the lack of care this employee showed. I will happily pay more at a sephora for products that do the same simply because they show better care and customer service then this. This girl was awful.

Young, Asian, big round glasses, roughly 5"7 and slim build, long black hair in a pony. Someone please teach this girl how to do her job.

Your store looks like the scene of abiohazard attack. I'm very sorry but it probably came because of me shopping there. I am a targeted individual and get poisoned always and I was shopping there allot so no doubt my attackers poisoned your stock. The store owners and I have a good lawsuit coming to Csis and the RCMP as I warned them long ago that I have evidence related to a biohazardous attack on me. Let me guess the distilled water? And I bet they put some poison on me that perhaps contaminated your store. Please help me bring these attackers to Justice. I need help asap. Let's join forces. Store management and or owners please contact me as well as CSIS. A CSIS boss will be going to jail soon over this and other TREASONOUS acts.

Fanny in cosmetics was very annoying she kept pretending to fix the nail polish when it was fixed and when I moved aisles she would follow made me feel uncomfortable the other girl with red hair made me feel welcomed so two stars because of her plus I purchased my items.

They need people of colour in the makeup section I have had 3 bad foundation matches and I’m annoyed all they seem to care about is pushing for a sale the other shoppers by the bay is much better this one needs to evaluate themselves because it’s trash

The staff are amazing friendly and so happy all the time the only problem I have is there is a shoppers down the mall you don’t even have to go outside and the prices are less most things medical I have noticed are a full dollar cheaper for the same product but the friendly customer service does make up for it
