Everything snack I bought was 1-2 years expired and stale. Extremely overpriced, whole places smells of urine.

Zero stars. The Chinese lady who works at the store is beyond rude and unhelpful. My package got delivered here as its a UPS Access Point - the staff is not trained on UPS policies and the level of customer service provided is brutal. The lady would not give me my package, despite that my name on my ID matches the package and I even have an email from UPS showing the tracking information. If your package gets delivered here, call UPS to complain and have it be delivered to your place. You'll be wasting your time if you try to pick it up. By the way, she was more concerned with watching her TV show than providing service. Easily the worst experience I've received - go with Fedex, Canada Post etc.the level of customer service is unparalleled when compared with this dump.

There are individuals posing as UPS customers who are attempting to pick-up packages at UPS Access Points with fraudulent identification. The fraudsters are presenting fake identification in the form of a drivers’ license, citizen card, and utility bill. In many cases they state they are picking package on behalf of the person whom package is addressed to.
They often do not have info notice, however providing tracking number that is available on their cell phone.

As a UPS pickup location: poor service.
Staff is not professional trained. She couldn't find my name on the package and suggested me to call UPS. There are only 2 packages in store. I called UPS and they said the item is delivered and ready to be picked up. They showed me the 2 packages they have and I can see my name right away (the name is printed capitalized, clearly, in big font). They they were like oh i didn't see it. How come?

Best service I've experienced in a long time. The staff are very diligent and prompt. Amazing pizza and all the goodies you need at all times of the day. Also very safe environment, unlike the 711 across the street!
