Shore 2 Shore installed our office network and tech equipment when we moved to a new office last year. Just recently, we had to replace one of our old desktops and the process for both our experiences were smooth sailing. They are very reliable and responsive even to our occasional small tech issues. They are highly qualified to do quality tech work and support.

Had service here for over a year, they never properly fixed our motion sensor (which they never did get working on initial install). 2 way cellular connection failed for many months, no response to 2+ communications to have someone come fix it. Over the span of a year I set off the alarm myself several times to test the system and yet no one ever called my house to see if it was false or ask for a passcode. Basically it was money down the drain, I doubt I ever really had any actual alarm coverage through these guys. Seems borderline illegal to me, to charge people for a service you clearly aren't providing.

Shore to Shore did a complete renovation of our automation in my home in Ardrossan. This included audio and security. Our area is noted for poor internet and Shore to Shore worked to resolve and make sure our home was connected. When we have failures, their service team responds promptly and if possible, remotely resolves or goes out of their way to visit our home and resolve.
