Great service and price for my sofa, Ruth was super easy to work with, and it just happened the sofa was in stock! Bonus!

They had a bed frame I wanted and I looked forward to buying from a local business.

HOWEVER, I've been tracking the price since last spring. Saw they had a 25% sale this weekend so I came in to buy the bed frame. The price was the same as always, they just marked up an extra $600 on top to make it look like it was "on sale" if you just walked in. Shady. They also told me if you want white/beige it's a 10% up charge.

Going to buy somewhere else instead.

Jill was amazing! She went out of her way to help us find a dining table to accommodate the smaller space we needed it for and then worked to get us the best deal! High quality merchandise at this store and great staff!

We came here to look around, we’ve been looking for dining chairs and not had any luck anywhere. But fell in love with some of the exquisite furniture here. With Ivette’s expertise and help, we were able to put our house together, finally! Highly recommend anyone to look around here, will not disappoint.

We’ve used Showhome twice now and were really happy with the service both times. The first time, Jessica assisted us with our kitchen table and was quick and attentive. Maria assisted us in picking out our couch. She made sure we were well educated in our options and was so gracious. Anyone we’ve interacted with has been lovely.

We originally went to show home furniture about 4 years ago thinking it was a store selling furniture that had previously been used in show homes…. Boy were we wrong. We walked in and have been back dozens of times since, filling our home with unique Bramble pieces, a bedroom set, book cases, end tables, display cabinets…. We absolutely love this store and will never shop for furniture anywhere else. The prices are great and the quality is outstanding. If you are looking to buy your forever furniture, make sure you add this store to your list of places to look, you certainly won’t regret it.

Thanks to Christina we were able to find the perfect cabinet and coffee/end tables for our space and within our budget. I kept going back and forth on what I wanted but she was extremely patient while we left and came back multiple times over a span of a couple of weeks. They had a scavenger hunt that occupied the kids while we shopped too. Very family friendly and not over bearing environment, will definitely shop with Christina again.

So much choice and a number of staff to help. Staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions. Will be back.

Great selection, super friendly (not overbearing) staff but what i loved most of all was they are Pet Friendly! I was able to bring my little dog in and not have to worry about leaving her in the car while we looked around, very nice touch! Thank you!

Excellent customer service and lovely furniture.

Ask for Emily specifically, she was very helpful and so sweet about it. I was out of province, I and called/messaged her on her personal phone, and she went around the store sending me pictures of different materials I could use and also helped by giving suggestions.

She was also very patient and made it all so easy! Called back a few times and changed and canceled some items on my order, and no problem, quick and easy fix!

Beautiful furniture, made in Canada and Calgary-based. I love my new furniture, it is made of solid wood.

Also, the amazing thing is you can get warranty on the furniture, and if you don’t use it within a few years, you get it as store credit! Which is great if you want to renew your deco every few years ;)

Purchased a Decor Rest sofa last year. Extremely comfortable and get lots of compliments. Unfortunately it started piling on two cushions. Contacted Stephanie who replaced the cushions and covers free of charge. Gee even delivered them to my home. Will certainly shop at Showhome in future.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend shopping at Showhome Furniture! Not only is it a local Canadian Family Owned Business, but it's service is top notch, and its selection, quality and pricing very competitive. Typically buying furniture, especially at larger retail stores, the 'Big-Box' furniture stores can be tiring and unpleasant, yet shopping at Showhome Furniture, especially at the old Sear's in Northhill location was a breath of fresh air. My dealings with Showhome Furniture's design staff, back staff and customer service has been a very pleasant experience. We had furnished a few rooms of our new home with furniture from other stores, and stumbled across Showhome Furniture unfortunately at the end of our 'phase one' purchases; we wish we had known about the store earlier in our search. We bought an beautiful 98" Acacia Solid Wood live edge dining table, 8 chairs, couch, loveseat, dresser, and two side tables. There was even an issue with pricing after my purchase, where I found the same product at another store and they gave me a credit to price match. The owner, Shay, even reached out to me to ensure my customer satisfaction. Now that is customer service! We plan on shopping there again soon for 'phase two' of our home furnishings purchases.

Their customer service is top notch. The sales people are awesome too they don’t come and pressure you into buying something. The whole process was so smooth. It was easy to choose the bed we wanted & our rep helped us to find the exact fabric colour I wanted. Love our custom bed so much. It didn’t take that long to arrive and they also have a delivery person that can come and fix the bed for you for an extra cost so worth the hassle

We also have a nest chair and it added so much glamour to our living room, it’s so comfortable and soft.

We were in the market for a dining room table and decided to check out this store. We were greeted warmly by the staff and Ruth really helped us choose the best option that met our style and budget, thanks Ruth! The table looks amazing and the quality is very good. The style table we got was scandi / minimal looking, which was refreshing to see after searching a while and only finding farmhouse looking dining tables.

We were suggested to visit them by our renovation designer. The store was clean, bright and the staff were very welcoming. We were helped by the owner and salespeople who wanted to help not just sell. Once they understood our needs, we worked with a designer Kristina, who showed us pieces we would have walked past, but fell in love with. The pieces she showed us became the favorites we picked. We would highly recommend this family owned, Canadian manufacturerd furniture retailer. We will be back for more!

Customer service was top notch. I, definitely, did not feel pressured. However, staff did check in, periodically, which I appreciated.
The showroom is huge but not overwhelming. Furniture is, tastefully, arranged, with interesting accents.
The first time I visited Showhome Furniture I left with the feeling that I could refurnish my entire home here.

They have one of the finest collection of furniture that I have ever seen. The designs and quality of stuff are totally out of the box. My friend had bought all her home furniture from here and I was the one accompanying her all the time. Now my own house is in the process of building and I would definitely love to decor and furnish it by buying from this magnificent place full of beautiful collections.

This was our first time to the store and we found everyone here very helpful and nice. Kim helped us find a beautiful chair for our house. She was able to answer all our questions and sold us the chair. Prices in the store are very fair. We definitely recommend this store and and will be coming back for all our furniture for now on.

Excellent service today from the Showhome family! Bought some excellent pieces yesterday but one in a separate box was the wrong colour. Replacement piece, in the right colour, was delivered to my home, already assembled, with gracious courtesy! Truly appreciated! Recommend shopping there to everyone and keeping it local.

I had a bad experience on buying a new mattress, but it was an Ashley mattress. My issue was resolved with showhome, and they no longer sell the Ashley mattress that I had bought

My partner and I were searching for a bed frame, and a family member recommended we talk to Jill at Showhome Furniture. She was so helpful - she seemed to really care about getting the piece to match our current floor and the rest of the furniture, asked for photos, and wanted to see what comparative pieces we had seen in other stores so she could help us tailor our search to something similar. She showed us 2 options for bed frames and then really contributed to our decision between the two based on what she knew about the room we were decorating. She was really patient, kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable throughout - a real pleasure to work with!

I am a recent COVID survivor and have been since in dire straits since I have not been allowed by my employers to go back to work due to my condition based on our Clinic Doctors advice. From that point on, I have worried so much since I have 2 small kids of my own that still needs my support. Show home furniture / Calgary furniture store heard my plea for help through friends and colleagues and this family stepped in most generous, they have donated to my family and has made my family's life a lot more easier. My husband and I visited Showhome Furniture yesterday with our two kids and whoa we didn't expect to spend but just browse/shop around.

We got greeted by Janelle at first and let her known were just browsing (I was scared to be chased around but that did not happened), Ruth chatted with us for a little bit and was so helpful.

Janelle ended up helping us and was so patient with us. We bought three beds plus mattresses, living room sofa, love seats, sectional and kids side table we got good deals on our items thanks to Janelle! My kids had fun doing a "treasure hunt" and got gems as a prize. Met the owner and she was great fun. Glad we shop local!

We love Showhome Furniture! We purchased a Elite sectional, bedframe and a cuddle chair for our condo a few years ago and everything is still in perfect shape! So when we purchased a new home we knew no shopping around was required and came right back! Once again we had such a lovely experience. Response to owner: It is unacceptable when your sale price for a BRAND NEW sofa sleeper is $300 off, yet you want to sell us the floor model with visible wear and tear for a whopping $350 off ($50 difference). Plus there would be no manufacturer's warranty on an "as is" product. Price was not an issue, we would've paid full price for a brand new sofa sleeper.

I found this specific couch online and just loved the function of it. I had seen all the good reviews of SHF and wanted to support a local business. I also thought it was pretty cool having seen their ads on a mobile game I play.

The couch was comfy and it looked easy to convert into a sleeper, though it was very light and was annoying on the tile floor. It was also fabric which I didn't love but was willing to work with. They were checking if there was anymore in stock otherwise the floor model was all that was left. Kids were napping in the van so I swapped places with my husband so he could check it out and buy it if he was fine with it. We even discussed the logistics of how to get it home.

There was none left in stock and due to COVID there was no way I was going to have it ordered in, just had a nightmare with another retailer about this, so we opted to buy the floor model. Regular price was 1500 but it was on sale for 1200 so we expected with a floor model to pay less. The owner tried to convey to my husband that she already offered me $300 off but he responded that that was the price on their website and that was for a brand new one not the floor model. There was also a male manager there who then said the best they could give us was $50 off as it was still new. Upon inspection of the bottom of the couch, there was visible wear and tear and when asked how long the couch had been on the floor, he was told 6 months. So maybe it was new, as in was never purchased never returned, but 6 months out of the box is NOT new. They still would not offer more than $50 off the sale price for a 6 month floor model with visible wear and tear.

I was extremely disappointed at first because it was perfect for me, other than it being fabric. We walked away from it and that night I spent time searching for alternatives because I was genuinely sad. Then I found a similar couch but it was better in every way than the one at SHF, it was brand new and in stock.

The items they had there were indeed beautiful, and lots are made in Canada, but after our experience we will choose to avoid them in the future.

Honestly, I probably would've had a better experience if I just bought brand new but it did not work out that way and what I was looking for was pretty specific.

I'd only recommend if you buy brand new and only ever what's in stock due to the uncertainties of ordering items during COVID.

It’s such a beautiful piece of furniture and Showroom Furniture definitely brings in beautiful, unique and well made products into their store at very reasonable and affordable prices. Though past trips have been second-hand experience through my parents shopping, I’m sure my own experience as a customer would be as great and the employees just as helpful!

I am excited to visit this place! Just by looking and following their Instagram Page (Ig. Account: Showhome Furniture Calgary) Gosh the stuff there looks absolutely stylish and reasonably priced good quality furniture. Shopping situation there is back to normal (mask not required but still advisable) it's best approach considering what's going on in our world right now.
Indeed its a One stop shop for all kind of furniture and furnishings.

Worked with Janelle and other people on different occasions and every time the customer service was excellent. If there was a problem with my order the team was very happy to help and if I wanted to add anything to my order they were right there to help me. I like that a lot of the furniture is made in Canada and that I know I'm supporting a local company.

As a recent transplant to the Calgary area, I needed to buy a lot of things for my new home. Maria C was my consultant (twice) and she was nothing short of amazing. With only a few pictures on my phone, she got the sense of style I was after for my house. In very short time, I had the main bedroom, dining room and kitchen all sorted out and ordered. The after-sales service was just as wonderful - from calls letting me know the status of my things, to the delivery that was arranged to get it all to me. The best furniture shopping experience I've had.
