The dental examination and teeth cleaning was good.
The administrative staff must improve on the processing to the insurance.

Great team of people from when you enter to when you have your examination to the time you leave! Highly recommend anyone to be going here.

Hubby works out of town and the receptionist got him in for an assessment same day because his filling fell out. They filled it at the appt. Superb!

Staff are friendly. I feel like they know what they’re doing. I’m just hoping they can accommodate me sooner than the appt they given me, but on stand by in case of any cancellations. Have been visiting them for x amount of years. I trust them. Thanks guys.

Called in as a new patient Sunday morning, in the same day, options gone over and got a tooth pulled by 1 pm. Great team, helpful, informative and understanding to my needs. Highly recommended!

Dr. Young and his dental assistant were amazing. Did an extraction in 30 minutes and made me feel very comfortable. Front desk on the other hand was slightly messy. There were a few altercations before my appointment, but they did their best to solve the problem.

Prescribed a medicine that made me dizzy and puking for 4 hrs after taking. Called back next day to see what else to do and was told to finish the medicine as prescribed but also recommended to go to urgent Care if it was that bad. I cannot recommend this dental office in any way. While I appreciate that medicines don't always work with every person, I felt it irresponsible to recommend me to finish the medicine despite having severe side effects.

Asides from that, this office will call and try to sell you services. Nothing turns me off of a business more than trying to sell me services I don't need.

Just got my cleaning done and my hygienist was so thorough. Just amazing. She gets a 10 out of 10 for a job well done ️

Sierra Springs Dental in Airdrie, is the place to go if you need some dental done. Right when you go in there office they received you with a smile, and you don’t wait long before they take you in for your appointment. My appointments was with Mr. Limson Denturologist, he is a very professional and caring person, very happy with the work he did on me. I recommended Mr. Limson to everyone who need a nice smile. I really enjoyed my experience there and the staff are really friendly and kind 100% RECOMMENDED THEM. Thank you

I went to Sierra Springs based off positive reviews but it was an odd/uncomfortable experience. They got me in quickly due to a concern I had with the roof of my mouth so I am thankful for that. The room where you receive an X-ray is a tiny little box where your standing in the middle of medical supplies and an oxygen tank? There were boxes in the hallway and some items in the exam room did not look clean. The dentist who came in, it was apparently her first day working at the clinic. When she came in the room they could not get the chair to go back so I had to be examined by stretching my neck (very uncomfortable) backwards. She did examine my problem but did not even look at the rest of my mouth such as my tongue and gums. (I paid $ for not even a full mouth exam) I honestly felt like I was sitting with two dental students unsure of their job. She told me they would refer me to a oral specialist for my problem and she asked me if I had anymore questions as she was literally walking out of the room. They both left quickly and I was still sitting there with the napkin clipped around my neck. Hopefully they were okay with me leaving it on the counter! When I walked out they were searching for a referral sheet for me through drawers. It felt like a very disorganized visit with staff and things were not running smoothly to say the least. It was probably the most uncomfortable dental experience I’ve ever had.

I had a very poor experience with another dentist a few days before I came here to be re-evaluated and I am totally satisfied! The experience from the moment I walked in was exceptionally positive, from the reception, the hygienist and the wonderful doctor. I highly recommend if you’re looking for top quality service by caring individuals.

Brought our boy there for an emergency treatment. Booked for this. Was great because it was Sunday. Showed up and they had me booked in with the wrong name and for a full cleaning etc.apparently, they use an outside service to book appointments and this service is subpar. Staff were great, especially the dental hygienist. She was very friendly. Time to pay and they can’t get it to go through benefits for what ever reason. I had to guess on my coverage level. I guessed wrong so over paid of course. Called right and they said I have to wait for accounting to fix it and then a cheque will be mailed out. That’s too bad because issuing a refund on a credit card terminal is so easy. Will stick with my regular dentist from now on.

Bad service couldn’t follow up after the dentist has messed up… no messages were returned unable to chew for two days had to return to my original dentist since I reached out to this location due to an emergency. With all honesty, Wouldn’t recommend this place the dentist seem unaware of what he was doing which explains the concerns I experienced …

I really didn't have a good experience here. I had a filling done and I had to go back TWICE to get it filed down as my bite was off. It was really painful and when they froze me they must have hit a nerve or something and it shocked my entire face.
Its been a bit and I've finally gotten the courage to see a different doctor in Airdrie and I find out the filling they did not even a year ago needs to be redone. I really don't recommend this dentist I feel like there are SO MANY better places in Airdrie and with so many options. Why choose one that's only ok?

Limson is a great denturist. I had no previous references for him and took a chance. I was very happy with the service that Limson provided. I am sure I was a difficult patient as far as being able to make dentures for because of how my gums are. Limson was able to create a pair of dentures that I have been totally satisfied with. Limson made my dentures from the impressions he took plus he added some of his own ideas on what would be best for me. I have had them for a few weeks now and have absolutely no problem with them. They fit very well and they are very good for chewing food.

Dentist are good except always seem to be a different one every visit. Our issue is there reminder system which I have asked to be removed from for a few years. After no help from the office it may be time to find a new office for the family

Just got my wisdom teeth out here, very happy with my experience while I’m still recovering. The staff couldn’t be friendlier. I was pretty nervous for this, but they made the whole process simple and easy to get through. Would recommend to anyone in the Airdrie area.

One of the best dental in Airdrie. Location is very convenient and the services are exceptional. From the receptionists to the dentists are all very welcoming and very respectful. I would recommend anyone to this place.
