Have been getting my hair cut here for years and never got a hair cut I didn't want. Maj (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) has helped me update my hair style throughout the years.

Very good haircut but this was my second time there. My rate increased by 5$ in just 1 week. I'm not sure if they have basic rates but the rates shouldn't be random depending on who cuts your hair. My rate last week was 26$ plus I gave a generous tip. My rate today was 31$ plus I gave a tip. I'm not happy about the increase within a 7 day bracket.

I have been going to this place for about 10 years now (Started back when it was Silhouette Hair) and have never been disappointed. The staff and management there are top notch. Good service, great prices and awesome at fitting me in without an appointment. Definitely recommend!

They always give good haircuts (men's), and the guys there are really good. The prices are also reasonable.

That lady u talking about and cut ur hair she is the best in the city if u have ugly hair does not mean she does not know how to cut.done deal.she been cutting my hair for 20 years.plus not soooo easy to cut porcuping hair

Reply to Yaz Ah: No body was in the waiting area when I came in also no body was in the waiting area when I pointed to the picture in the catalogue and asked that hairdresser that style I wanted. When I first told her I wanted my hair a short cut, she asked me "short like a man? ". I said "No" and asked her a catalogue so I could select and show her the style I wanted. I did not say I wanted an inch or how many inches.
I am %100 sure no body in the waiting area when I and the hairdresser had discussed about how I wanted my hair cut. 10 minutes after she started cutting my hair, there were two guys came in the waiting area. There should have a camera in the shop to show that. So, do not make up a story to defend the hairdresser.

I just have had my hair cut today (July 27,2019) at this location. It was terrible. The hair dresser (lady) had ruined my hair totally. She does not know how to cut a short style hair or she has never had any experience to cut this style at all. She charged me for $36.70 just for hair cut, no wash, no gel, nothing else.

I have been coming to this salon for years. I always get great and quick haircuts from Madge. Professional and no complaints from me. Best salon. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

That's funny RIT I have been going their for years now and was waiting in the waiting area for the same lady and did hear her when she offered u a shampoo that u refused and you had showed her a picture of a man's haircut and asked her to take it all off and leave u an inch left because u are tired of coloring your hair she asked u twice if u are sure and you replied take it off my hair grows fast so in the ladies defence she did as she was told and she cut and dried your hair asked u if u wanted gel u said no again u had to shower this salon has amazing stylists and barbers and excellent service love this place

I was in last week and got a color and cut from Madge she did a awesome job! Turned out exactly like I pictured it. Definitely will go see her again!

I wanted to thank Madge on the amazing blow out she did on my hair the other day. She is amazing and so funny. Trust me my hair is not easy to style. Everyone at work loved how you styled my hair. I was getting non stop compliments. I will definitely be coming back and I have already told everyone to come to this salon.

I went and got a haircut today by a lady and she gave me the best haircut ever, exactly what i asked for! I highly recommened You Guys go to her, i dont remember her name but shes the first chair by the door a very pretty lady. She seems like she is very experienced and knows what shes doing. The BEST SALON EVERR!

I wish I could leave a good review, but I can't I gave my niece some money for a hair cut, she came home still full of dead ends. It looks like nothing was done. She said she would take an inch or two, but took maybe a centimeter here or there. Then charged her $42 outrageous not even a wash just a very poor cut. She would have had a better experience at ultracuts. Absolutely atrocious. No pride in the work from this business today at all, which is a shame as the reviews here are fantastic. Very disappointed.

The hairdresser did exactly what I asked which was great, but it was the most aggressive blow drying I've ever had. She kept yanking as hard as she could to pull the brush through my damp (and long fine blonde hair). She pulled out a lot, I even voiced an ouch but it did not stop her from cranking my head around and pulling out my hair.
I'm happy with the cut, but my neck still hurts as does my scalp. My other concern was the brush she used to dry my hair came out of a draw and not a disinfecting dish. Maybe it was cleaned, but I have no idea. I promptly washed my hair again when I got home.

The worst Hair salon in Edmonton. I went there at 11 am on sunday. The lady was totally disinterested in cutting. She was sleepy throughout the cut, and was closing her eyes while cutting. Didn't even know which trimmer to use. She changed her trimmer 5 times and still didn't cut properly. She said i was done in 10 minutes. My hair were cut unevenly. Told her to please correct it. She said "thats the way to cut it, instead u have invented a new way. " I thought of just paying and going to another salon to get it fixed. A rip off salon.
