I came into see Mandana because my skin was at its worst. I had very bad eczema around my eyes and neck. Mandana taught me how to deal with the inflammation and dryness. After seeing Mandana twice my skin has never looked this good in a very long time. The eczema on my face has gone down. The puffiness around my eyes has fully disappeared. Thank you so much Mandana!

I am totally satisfied with hydrafacial. I have sensitive skin and allergies but they use medical grade products such as AlumierMd and others that had a positive impact on my skin. Also, I have been treated with laser hair removal. You will need six sessions for hair removal but with only one you can see the amazing results. Ask for packages and you can pay in quotes! The staff is very friendly and professional. Amazing results and affordable price!

I’m honestly confused where the high reviews come from. I went in there today and had dermaplaning done. I can honestly say it’s the worst one I’ve ever had and I’ve been for hundreds of facials. Typically they will show you to your room and where you can hang your bag/sweater etc and then leave the room and give you a couple mins to get cozy in the bed. She just stood there watching my as I removed my sweater. Not a very good start. She was extremely heavy handed with the razor and extraction tool.so much so that my face is still red, bumpy and sensitive 14 hours later. She took a phone call mid appointment, which she did apologize for.but really? Not very relaxing for a new client. She claimed to have put a “mask” on my face after the extractions but I’m almost positive it was just a moisturizer she let “sit”. When she put the steam machine on it was positioned so it was blowing directly on my shoulder area, not anywhere near my face. When she left the room I moved it closer to me so it was actually reaching my face. They don’t use warm towels or anything just cotton pads drenched in barely warm water to remove product. Maybe she was having an off day, or maybe all these high reviews are just left by family and friends to boost ratings. I’m not sure but either way I won’t be returning and I’m just hoping at this point she didn’t permanently damage my skin from her razor.

It has been a few years that I am using Silk touch services, from laser hair removal to body and facial works and I have never been disappointed. Mandana and Leila, you are great team! You are very professional and know what they are doing. I like the way you explain the procedure well and answers any questions I have. HIGHLY Highly highly recommended! Mandana and Layla are very professional and friendly, and their salon has a relaxed environment. My skin always looks wonderful after a hydrofacial session. Recently I tried a fractoral session with their new machine and my skin looks clear and absolutely glowing! I’m so excited about this technology and I’ll be their regular client!

I started getting laser hair removal and the service here is so beautiful. I had a lot of questions and Layla was so patient and kind in answering them all. She made me feel very comfortable about the whole process. I’m about 3 sessions in and I have noticed that my hair is already starting to slow down in growth so now I am super excited to complete all the sessions!

Came here with my girlfriend and got a hydro facial. Never had one before but I was really pleased with the experience. Will definitely be getting these from now on. Did not know my skin needed that.

I have been doing laser hair removal with Layla on different areas of my face and body for the past couple of years. She is kind and caring and makes you feel comfortable during the treatment. She also makes sure the treatment is suitable for your skin type, I never experienced excessive pain or burns or anything of that sort. As for the result, it has definitely been effective and made my life easier not having to worry about shaving all the time.

Everyone is very friendly here. Getting eyebrow nano-micropigmentation treatment were one of the best decisions I have made, and Samira was the best in doing this. Samira is very patient, she took her time to explain the process and listened to my concerns to give me what I want. I told her I like to have a natural eyebrow, and she found the exact colour that I wanted. I love how my eyebrows look now. The high-quality numbing cream she used was excellent. She definitely has a lot of knowledge and is very talented. I would HIGHLY recommend Samira's service and expertise if you’re considering Nano-micropigmentation!
