We recently had new quartz countertops installed. We are very happy we chose Silkstone for our supply and installation.
We got 7 quotes, all with the same product. Silkstone had the lowest price, tied equally with another reputable installer.
So what it really came down to was customer service. Silkstone was recommended by 2 neighbors who recently completed similar installations. Silkstone shined from start to finish.
The input, care, and attention of our sales rep - Laurie - guided us well. He was patient and accommodating and worked with us to find additional cost savings. He was supportive in a layout to maximize usable remanent offcut pieces for our future considerations while minimizing waste and costs.
The administration team - Meaghan and Amanda - kept us well informed of delivery eta and were diligent and communicative in scheduling our onsite measure up and installation visits.
The measure-up team - Ahmed and Benny - were excellent and personable. In our case they created their templates by hand while simultaneously testing a new computerized laser measurement system. The fact that both methods resulted in equal dimensions speaks to their knowledge, experience, and attention to detail. This left us, as the customer, feel both comfortable and confident.
The installers - Qing, Ghulam, and Oleksii - communicated well with advance notice of eta and any considerations for accessibility.
They were well organized and efficient, working well as a team with these heavy objects. They were attentive to assuring level and even installations at each area and they left the house as clean as when they arrived, bringing their own cleanup equipment. They also left behind the plastic templates explaining their use as protection for upcoming backsplash tile installation (These turned out to be quite handy.)
All in all I would highly recommend Silkstone to anyone shopping for countertop supply and installation.

Silkstone- Lee and his team did an awesome job helping me pick out my Quartz tops. From Template to install every team member was so nice to deal with. Install was on time and on budget and looks great. Thanks Guys
