Bought some silver from silver gold bull. I would say it's very convenient to buy on their website and the delivery arrives very fast. Takes mostly 2 business days. A large collection of bullion and lots of different coins to choose from. Best part is that customer service is just one call away and you can get any issue resolved quickly.

The options and price were good. Due to insurance and FEDX delivery would not leave package EVEN after I left a note on my door. I get home from work at 430 FEDX comes whenever they want. I had to go to the FEDX to pick up items, I lost ONE hour traveling, so what is the purpose of ordering online? I will not order from this people again

Purchased a couple collector coins from here and was sent items in a different denomination than what was posted as the photos. After contacting them, they said that the coins that are given are whatever they have in stock as stated in the tiny print on their page. After they denied my request for an exchange, I asked if I could return the item. They tried to play it off that it would not be worth it for me to return the item after shipping it back and the items' depreciation so they reluctantly ran some numbers for me after I persisted. Afterwards, they came back to tell me that they would not even bother issuing a refund because they would have to "buy back" the item and it was not worth their time because of the value of the item. Never got a response on what I would actually be refunded. No where in their return policy does it say that the return process is considered a " buy back". All it says is that within two business days of delivery, if you're not satisfied, you can return the item as long as its in its original condition and packaging. It was my mistake for not looking at the fine print but they also did not make a disclaimer that this item is non-refundable. Worst experience ever and would not recommend.

Was my go to place, service was always good and would be 5 stars. But now SGB prices have increased over spot. I am aware that everyone is taking advantage of this and trying to get as much as possible. Other sellers in USA, Are a lot more realistic and are a lot less expensive for the same items over spot. I will return to SGB when the pricing is more realistic. I do wish SGB the best of luck and believe that the limitations on supply are dictating some of what I see as price gouging. But for now I will be shopping around for the best price over spot, unfortunately that has not been SGB.

SGB staff displayed superb customer service by personally intervening with Purolater to ensure that a coin I ordered was successfully delivered to my home, after a first delivery attempt failed and I complained about the delivery service. They followed up with me over the telephone, several times, to explain the situation, arrange a second delivery attempt and subsequently ensure that I actually received the coin.

So far my favorite online dealer. Their website is well thought and their customer service has been great in accommodating my needs.
