My first time at Silver Scissors today and it was great. Decades of experience at this family run business that has been in Okotoks for 23 years. Friendly, efficient, and they treat you like family here. Will be back!

They are very good barbers. There is always a line up not enough seating and appointments are disorganized. I suggest that they give numbers to the customers so they can wait outside and in their cars to avoid congestion and health issues.

I just had a hair cut from Kim. I have always been a silver scissor supporter in okotoks but I have to say this was the best haircut and beard trim I have ever had. Kim was fantastic!

Recently got short hair and went there for a touchup and an undercut and wow did they deliver! On multiple occasions with different barbers, I got outstanding service and an amazing fade. Huge shout out to Sam and his skills. Definitely a client for life.

When we recently moved to town I was asking around who people go to for a cut and everyone I asked said to go to Silver Scissors. Very happy that I listened to those guys. Mo and his group are amazing and do the cuts exactly what to what I want and for a fair price. First time I’ve ever had my neck shaved with a blade! What a great experience.
Glad I found these guys, they will be my go to for years to come.

This was my second time comming in to see sam and he did not disappoint, and it's a really great environment, got the comfy chairs if your waiting or if your in the hot seat. The guys are always nice and happy to see you and a really strong sence of community every time I leave feeling like a million bucks, I would highly recommend

First time going to Silver Scissors and I am very happy! As soon as I got there I was able to sit right down. Mike did an awesome job. He is really friendly and you also get a shampoo, head massage and hot towel. I will definitely be going to him from now on!

Being a hairdresser myself, I’m a bit picky when it comes to my Husbands cuts. Sam goes above and beyond every time! Husbands fade always comes out looking sharp, clean, and very well done. He’s been the only barber that’s able to properly deliver the haircut my Husband loves. ALL of the barbers at this location are great with their work.

I met Sam for the first time last week as he cut my hair. I can in quite skeptical that I would find something I liked. When it comes to haircuts, I’m hard to please. I had fairly high expectations though because of all the reviews. I had no idea I would be served by a third generation barber. Sam did a really professional job. He acted like a professional. He treated me like a professional and I ended up with the best haircut I can remember in Canada. With a busy location, you’ll want a reservation, or tempt fate with a walk-in. Each barber here is well trained and will do what you want. They will even figure that out with you. Highly recommend!

Always a good job and friendly, accommodating staff. I would like to see more shaving supplies for straight and safety razors as well as shaving soaps and creams etc, rather than giving money to retail chains.

Just had a fresh cut from the boys at Silver Scissors. I think I just found my new barber. I had a great cut, and neck clean up. They were even kind enough to send me off with some new blades to try. Do yourself a favour and get a great cut or shave for a price that you won't beat. Better yet, it's a local, family run business. I'm sure there are many more reasons to give them a call; I look forward to my next visit.

If you need a haircut, this is the place to go. Amazing staff, very clean, following all the covid 19 measures. Their work is great. Prices are great. Location is very convenient. Definitely 5/5!

Came here over the weekend to cut my months and months of covid hair. Was really happy with my experience! Moe was very nice and professional. Came out with an even better cut than I was hoping for. Will definitely be my new go to place.

My husband and 5 year old got their hair cut here. They both look MUCH improved from the covid haircuts I had been giving them haha. My 5 year old was thrilled with his cut, especially the (very temporary) colour they added at the end. Sam and his dad were so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back!

After sending a last minute message they fit my 2 year old in for a cut within an hour. The barber was friendly and so great with our little guy who was sobbing at first. They gave him treats and a movie, were calm and comforting. They made an experience that we were dreading so positive and my very active toddler has an excellent hair cut now:)

My 12 year old also went with him huge amounts of hair last week and was super happy with the results!

Never wrote a review before, but these guys deserve it, and are clearly the best barbers around town! Dont ask for anyone because everybody here is professional and do an excellent job. If you’re in okotoks it’s definitely worth a visit!

Have been coming to Silver Scissors since they opened and only had 2 chairs 18 years ago, and have always received great service and excellent haircuts. My son has a disability and cannot come to the shop to get his haircut and Moe (the owner) had always offered to come and cut his hair at our house! Not only are these guys our hair dresses they are great people part of the Okotoks community and will always be back

Silver Scissors have worked on both my hair and that of several of my childrens' hair. We have had nothing but exceptional finished product, exactly as desired, phenomenal customer service and interaction, friendly and outgoing professional demeanour. This place will continue to be, my "go to" for a professional hairstyling.

If you're looking for a new place in town tp get your hair down look no further! This place does it all, had one of the girls do my hair and she did a phenomenal job. Will definitely be back again!

Was looking for a new place to get my hair done, and came across these guys in Okotoks and after coming in yesterday from Calgary, I will definitely be back! Both the quality of the haircut and service was excellent, and don in a timely fashion

This place is a hidden gem in Okotoks for sure! Have lived in Okotoks for the last 12 years and didn’t know this place existed until Tuesday last week! Moe (the owner) and his barbers did an excellent job for me and my kids, at a better price than most places in town that we’ve tried! Very kind, clean, and very friendly people down here! They did my 2 year old sons hair and he’s not fond of getting a haircut and the staff here couldn’t have handled him any better! Very pleased with Silver Scissors and will be coming here all the time!

Reno's look good, very cozy, great convos and chill spot. Mike does sick fades with killer lineups. This my regular spot never disappointed
