Great auto shop! I found the staff to be kind and informative. They work fast but are super busy so call and book ahead. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because they don't put a sticker on the windshield with the mileage for next service which I find very useful. Thanks SSA for taking care of my vehicle.

Update. Still the best auto service in the NW for sure! 23-10-26. Always great honest service. Been coming for years. Never waiver on my choice of coming here.

I went in for a cylinder misfire on my car and the service advisor Nick was super helpful and called every time they found a new issue they ended up having to fix a few more things as well and called me with updates on the progress and if they could fix the other problems with the budget I had. 11/10! Great company to get your car fixed at!

Everyone here is absolutely fantastic. One of my brakes was still having an issue after I picked my car up (not their fault) and they took another look at the brakes same day and didn’t charge to look them back over.

Called to ask for a price for a diagnosis, Nick on the phone told me how to fix it then and there. Unexpectedly good service.

Every time we have a car issue we bring it to Silver Springs Automotive. Steve, Nick, and anyone else (whose names I have forgotten - sorry!) have always provided extremely friendly, fast, and fairly priced service. We really appreciate them and their quality work!

I have been coming here for quite a few years as I live very nearby. The staff is very kind, and respectful. The prices are good as far as I know. There is always enough parking and it is clean and organized inside. They feel like a neighborhood mechanic and I trust them. Not much else to say.

Best service I have ever had. Always able to get you in for a diagnosis quickly. Repairs are done fast and they never try to push any extras. They happily helped me out in a jam when somewhere else couldn’t/wouldn’t.

Had a screw puncture my tire, went in on Friday afternoon at 4pm during the peak winter tire season and they fixed it right away. Great customer service. I highly recommend them.

I haven't left a glowing review for these guys in awhile, but they come through for me over and over again! I drive a 14 year old work horse with over 400 000 km on it. It isn't pretty, it rattles a little, its dash board lights up like a christmas tree every time I turn the engine on, and it smells like wet dog, but it's what I can afford and it gets me from point A to B, and B can be anywhere from here to Yellowknife. Steve and his crew give me reliable and consistent service for the wear and tear on my vehicle and they have, on multiple occasions, saved my bacon on short notice. They never have my vehicle longer than they say they will (most cases only half a day!), they provide regular maintenance at a fraction of the cost of the convenience drive throughs, and they never touch it without giving me a best case scenario / worst case scenario on the price, and they frequently get it done for best case. No surprises when I get my keys back. And when I'm strapped for cash Steve lets me know what needs to be done now, and what might hang in there a little longer so I can get a few more paychecks in before the bill. I went through a number of mechanics before I tried this place, and this has been the best experience now for several years, even when I'm dropping it off with a tow truck in the middle of the night. I've never been over charged, upsold, or talked down to here. Thanks guys!
