Staff are genuinely really nice. Great customer service! But the chairs in the theater are horrendous. Very uncomfortable i know its not the staffs fault for that but the chairs definitely need to be updated:) but other then that the movie theater was clean and the movie was great.

Took our family to see a movie at the Cinaplex theater at Crossiron Mills in Calgary. We chose a movie with AVX sound, was charged per ticket extra for the AVX. We sat down and started to watch the movie but the sound was quiet so we asked the staff and they said yeah the sound is broken and they will fix it but nothing happened so they told us we could leave if we are not happy so we chose to take the refund but asked the manager why they don’t tell people to get the refund for the extra charge for something that isn’t working and she said well if they don’t complain then it’s not their problem, we said that is not right then they started laughing at us. Seems like they don’t really care about the people. The theater was packed with more than 100 people all paying for something they are not getting. Definitely won’t be going back there. The one star is for the popcorn.

Good customer service experience. The movie we went to see was not aligned correctly on the screen (it was pointed too high up on the screen cutting off some of the picture). There was an employee waiting at the exit providing everyone complimentary movie passes afterwards.

Good time, should have more dtaff on at busy times. If we had waited i line gor popcorn, we would have missed a good portion of the movie.

It was a very clean theatre, easy access from parking lot, parking itself was confusing, the staff were professional and helpful.

Like the theatres, not a fan of the seats in #4, nit sure what the other theatre seats are like.been a while

This theatre was ok, in my opinion, the chairs were uncomfortable-ish it was ok like I could handle it but it was still a little uncomfortable we went to go see the movie air the popcorn was amazing

We visited to see Fast X movie recently here.
Music system is good, theatre is also nice.
Seats are not comfortable, it’s not pushback & difficult to seat for longer time.
Quick food options are available.
Gaming stations in xscape are outside of cineplex on your choice.

Only place we could find last minute tickets, no reclining chairs so the price is right! Great value!

I cannot say anything good here except that the staff was friendly but the seats for the non 3D movies are garbage. You pay more here then at easthills for tickets and the expirence is WAY better in easthills.

Went here for fast X, movie and sound system was really good but I do feel as though it would be beneficial for them to invest in some reclining seats in certain theatres since most people prefer this location due to being connected to the mall. Overall great place

Horrible games that need maintenance! Played the NFL 2 minute drill game and all the footballs were stuck on the convayor! Played the basketball free throw and we'd make a ton of sinks and more than half the points were not being counted. Played the claw game and and the claw wouldn't move! Horrible Horrible Horrible

We went out to see the new Mario movie in D-Box a couple days ago and the seats did not do anything for the entire movie. Do not waste your money upgrading to D-Box! And good luck finding any staff, especially after your movie if it's near closing time. It was 9pm when we got out of the theatre and despite looking around for a good 20 minutes, we could not find a single staff member. I wanted a refund for the extra money I spent on the D-Box seats but unfortunately was unable to get one due to lack of staff.
I also immediately emailed Cineplex about these concerns and have yet to receive a response.

Website requires an account to view prices. No option to find out prices when calling them either, cant even talk to a person only an automated system, this is why people don't bother going to the movies anymore.

Went in with my wallet (cash) and it fell out of my pocket during the movie; reason I know this is because it happens to me more often than I’d like. I called to see if any cleaner had seen a wallet and they asked their manager if “has anyone seen that wallet” which was odd since they wouldn’t know what I’m referring to. It was a Gucci wallet and The theatre was dead, plus it was late so I don’t know where it could have went considering I called as soon as I realized it was gone. Searched the Parking lot as well. (Odd how I was able to find perfect space for it to fall between the seats upon requesting to look for it afterwards). Cool movie though. Gave them my number and never heard back, lol.

Watched Mario with the kids. It was awesome. Seating had lots of room for arms and legs. Clean environment.

These seats are incredibly uncomfortable and crowded, this theatre compares to one that would be acceptable 10 years ago, but not in 2023. There is no leg room while sitting and especially not while people try to climb past you.
The concessions is absolutely ridiculous, there's apparently no combo for just a popcorn and drink so you end up paying around 26 for that alone with the promise of some bonus points that don't happen.
The concessions staff did not know how to process points so I'm missing hundreds of points that didn't effect my total.
The coke was gross, and the popcorn was burnt.
Do not recommend this theatre, and will only be going to Calgary theatres in the future.

The best place to go is Landmark Cinema's. I have never paid so much in my life for a popcorn and a drink. The movie was great, but the seats are absolutely terrible. Don't go see a long movie here if you have arthritis. It's very uncomfortable.

It is always nice to visit this place. I love how clean all is and the kids at the counter always looking to help. I have never had complaints when I take my kids, I wish bluecheese Burger would come back.it was my favorite, though

My son and I went here to watch a movie last Sunday. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back.

Good place to go for a movie. I like the idea of having a movie theater in the mall. There is lots of parking at the mall. My daughter was at the arcade today and enjoyed her time there.
