Regretfully, I own a 2016 Acura MDX. The car's Smart unit has been having problems since June 2023 and has to be replaced. The car is parked at silver hills Acura. There is no ETA and a backorder for the smart unit. I was given five seat loaner from Acura against the seven seat MDX. For a large family like mine, this is really challenging.

It has been six months now and I don’t have patience anymore. I request Acura to buyback the car and give me fair market value.

I was informed that a case manager will be assigned to my case in five to ten business days. It is already 20 days and I have not heard anything about it. I made numerous calls and wrote numerous emails, but they were all either completely disregarded or not given much thought.
I'm really disappointed and frustrated. I could never have imagined any business offering such negligent customer service. I forget how many days it is and run out of things to say.

I beg Acura to pardon me for making the worst decision in my life—buying an Acura vehicle. I assure that I won't make the same error again.

Kindly take your car back and give me money back. This situation is adversely affecting my mental health.

Quick, prompt and efficient service is what we always receive at Silverhill Acura. Instead of a shuttle service, they now offer an Uber ride to wherever you need to go while your car is being serviced, which is even better.

Unfortunately, my encounter left me greatly disappointed.

The staff member I interacted with came across as extremely unhelpful. From the onset, his demeanor was unwelcoming and cold, creating an unfavorable impression. It felt as though he was not interested in providing the necessary support and guidance I needed.

Despite being in the Parts Department, his knowledge seemed limited, and his unwillingness to provide the assistance I sought was even more disheartening. His disinterested attitude not only added to the discomfort but also prevented me from finding the right parts for my vehicle. His unprofessional behavior made me question the dealership's commitment to customer service.

To the dealership management, I urge you to stress the importance of treating all customers with the same level of respect and attention, regardless of whether they are buying a small part today or a larger item tomorrow. It's crucial to remember that today's small part buyer could very well be tomorrow's big spender. Adequate training in customer service can make a significant difference in the overall customer experience, and after all, a satisfied customer is indeed the best business strategy.

After this unfortunate incident, I reached out to Northwest Acura for the same part, and I was met with exceptional customer service. They were able to provide what I needed promptly and courteously. Therefore, it is clear where I will be heading for any future Acura purchases. My experience with Northwest Acura showed me what a truly customer-focused dealership looks like, and I highly recommend them.

Very poor service.

Recently bought the 2023 RDX A SPEC. Was given the 2023 Platinum model to test drive, and the sales associate did not explain the differences in trim. When we were given the keys, we were expecting the Platinum model features and would’ve preferred that model, but were told it was too late. Crazy that no one went over the various trim differences with us before selling us the car, especially since the test drive model is different from what they sold us. They would not do anything for us.

I have been a loyal Silverhill Acura customer. Just bought out my lease of the 2021 TLX. This is my seventh Acura. I didn’t acquire a new 2024 TLX this time which is due to my age, a high tech TLX doesn’t serve my needs. All long, Ian Andrew has been very helpful and understanding of my situation. Through out the past thirty some years with Silverhill, your service had been excellent. Thank you.

Was really appreciative of the service and attention from the whole team including Service Advisor Tahir, and Managers Cecilia and Brian and service attendants as well, all have been so supportive with both of the RDXs I've had and the number of disruptions encountered with both (not related to Acura product or quality), much appreciate all the support. Look forward to visiting again. And was really appreciative of the detailed wash, was so nice to pick up a nice clean car ready to go.

My Acura MDX wouldn’t start and I feared that after 170,000 km the end was near. Brian Talbot got me into shop immediately and did a comprehensive diagnostic review of all related systems. In the end, all I needed was a new battery, so I was so very relieved. I appreciate the great service. Thank you.

Took the MDX in for a brake service, oil change, tire rotation and a few other small bits. Got a call saying need new pads and machine rotors. Told them to button it back up and I'd look into it another time. Then I took the wheels off a few days later to check myself - their "complete brake service" is nonsense. All they did is lube the caliper slide pins. They didn't even take the pads out of the bracket, no caliper grease on any of clips, caliper pistons caked in dirt, two bleeder screw caps missing, and so on. This isn't servicing brakes.

I strongly advise double checking that no caps are missing after having your vehicle serviced at this facility, especially the oil cap.
I should also say that I initially contacted Brian L.with my concern in the hopes of getting an answer. He stated that the maintenance supervisor will contact me. Two weeks had passed and I had not received any sort of reply.

Huge thank you to Brian Talbot and the service team at Silverhill! My car was towed in needing a somewhat urgent repair and they were extremely accommodating about getting my vehicle in quickly and very communicative during the whole process. I felt great about spending my money at a dealership that actually works hard to accommodate their clients and understands the stress of not having a vehicle while its in for repairs. Thanks again!
