We have been here for over 2 hours waiting for an out of province inspection on our Tacoma that we are SELLING, to UPGRADE to a Tundra. The appointment was for 11am so we arrive 10 minutes early. When booking we were told it should only take an hour. They did not even take the truck back until 20mins after. And then when we go check at 12pm they are on lunch break. It's now 1: 20pm still no one is around. We drove 3 hours to get this done. And it's amazing how little service there was. Everyone was well aware we were upgrading to a Tundra and no one even tried to sell us on the ones they have here. Definitely will not be buying here. They could have made this all so much easier. It's a shame

The Team at Silverwood were so helpful. While everyone around town tried to talk my wife out of a hybrid or into paying $5000 over retail. Kevin and Hailey were able to give us a fair deal that was well worth the short drive. Highly recommend seeing the team at Silverwood!

Valued my trade extremely low, I mean I can list the car for what they offered on private sale and bidding war would begin. Then manager sounded like he is a wise guy and I don't know what I was talking about. I mean it is just a car buying I usually do my home work. Doc fees 700, , other dealer charges almost 1400. Finance options did not show interest rate, only payments. What a joke. Just don't even bother.

Awful service, added every possible extra fee they could on to the cost of the car, including the air tax which is generally covered by the dealership and added two protection plans without my consent, and when asked I was told I could not opt out of them. Both the finance manager and general manager are extremely rude. Would not recommend, AMVIC should look in to their shady practices.

I've dealt with Silverwood Toyota for many years, and have always received great service, whether purchasing a new vehicle or dealing with parts and service. Thanks to everyone for providing outstanding service.

Be careful with the sales people here when purchasing vehicles. I was told my 2023 tacoma came with remote connect + 1 year of free subscription when purchased. After failing to get remote connect to work, I inquired with the sales person and I was told that my trim level did not come with this feature and that I was given bad information. I was then told I still have the key FOB remote start which I also don't have. This is false advertising which displays a lack of training, competency, and professionalism on the part of Silverwood Toyota. Vehicles are far too expensive nowadays to be purchased off of false information. I highly recommend you do 100% of your own research instead of listening to the "professionals" like I did. I also highly recommend you shop for you next Toyota in Edmonton or Saskatoon where the sales people can provide you with correct and relevant information.

Excellent service and committed group of people with great attitudes. The staff was very friendly and everybody worked hard to ensure that customer service was top notch. Front desk lady was helpful and sincere. Sales person (JC) was excellent. Really knew his stuff and was committed to ensuring a great process. Lana and Caroline (in finance) were honest and open. GM made it a point to thank me for my business. At no point was I ever put under any pressure. Everybody was super helpful. I am not sure what else you could ask for. Glad I took my purchase to Silverwood and I will definitely be back.

Silverwood Toyota in Lloydminster has been servicing and maintaining our RAV4 for the past three years. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They get our car in with minimal or no wait time and are prompt about completing the maintenance and staying in touch with us. Would recommend this business highly and also Toyota products. Over the years we have owned 5 Toyotas and they all exceeded our expectations.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. I had to return to the dealership because my skid plate wasn't reinstalled properly (loose bolt). And my tires were over inflated. Unacceptable to say the least.

Just ordered a 2023 Highlander Limited today from Jason Talbot. Jason is extremely helpful and easy to deal with. Jason is upfront and never once tried to be pushy. He is there to assist his customers in making a confident and well-informed decision. We did all this over the phone, texting and emailing. Jason always responded promptly and enthusiastically.
