Quality clothing for reasonable price to high-end prices. They have a little bit of everything.

Don't particularly like this store as they do not cater to all body types. I am too short and would have to have all clothes modified. If you are tall and slim this is your store. I also feel the prices are expensive.

Clean and I always enjoy the music being played over the speakers; calming and not overly loud.

I love this store for its variety in brands and their respective prices. You can find designer level to casual with a large scale in pricing. Wiild recommend and hopefully more locations will open in Ontario!

Poor customer service, we came to the mall around 8pm tonight and parked at Simons so we could shop. Went and looked around the mall, mall closes at 9pm we were back at the Simon door for 9: 01pm and they wouldn’t let anyone walk through their store to the exit. Had to walk around the building in -40, have a little decency. I have no intrest in buying from this store. You have at least 3 major entrances to the mall and I can’t leave through them at 9: 01pm? We definitely won’t be back around.

I just bought two leather jackets there. Great quality for reasonable prices. They didn't have my size, but they delivered to me (I live in the country). They sent them expedited, so it only took two days to get here, and they came with garment bags. I will definitely shop there again!

When it comes to casual clothing, everything is here, literally everything. The staff here are helpful and they know their stuff, I talked with a guy about how a pair of pants were imported from Paris, or something. Whatever you're looking for, I promise you that it's here lol.

The pricing here can be insane, like, $900 jackets, $3000 cardigans, check the tag before you walk to the till.

It was a bright and welcoming place. Simons was popular among my friends and one time, I joined them to shop at this place. I was surprised at first with their huge selection of men's and women's clothes. My friends had a lot of enjoyable time shopping and myself as well since I purchased a few shirts. I like the quality.

Staff nowhere in sight. Simons at West Edmonton Mall has really declined. Ever since stores have opened post-quarantine, there's been a lack of customer connection with the employees. Many tills are empty. Things aren't looking too bright for the long term.

Found what I was looking for after showing them the Winter Jacket I was looking for. The staff was very helpful in locating the Jacket. I was in and out relatively quick with the staffs assistance. I got the Winter Jacket for $250 taxes included.

This is onevof the latest Canadian Owned Stores, their Headquarters is located in Montreal Quebec. They have a very strong economic model. They survived the pandemic without any problems.
They offer clothing for all economic levels, including the upper, medium and lower economic classes.
Kudos Simons, keep the good work.

Wide selection of items, very organized and decently priced. Picked something up as well and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Expensive but lots of selection. Usually parking outside because it's a large corner store of the mall.

Awesome shop to walk around in the mall. Spacious, non-pushy staff and lots of selections. However, it's hard to bargains in here, so not an ideal place for value shoppers.

Courtney answered the phone when I called to see if a dress was in stock, she put me on hold while she checked. It was unfortunately not in stock but she checked the other location in Edmonton before letting me know. I was disappointed that they didn't have it, but glad to know she tried a different place before telling me no and that I could probably get it online.

Great place to get some shopping done. Have a wide selection but it is kinda a mess how it is all setup it can get confusing looking around. Other than that good place to shop!

I bought a moose knuckles coat here. It’s a great store and has a wide variety Of stuff. Even some crazy stuff.

Not all stores carry the same products. The one in Montreal, ON is very different from the one at West Edmonton Mall. For example, the Montreal location is geared for all ages vs the Edmonton is geared for younger customers.

This is the place to go if you want high good quality clothing, if you want to stand out and/or keep up with the trends, and are looking to be unique. I stop by weekly to see what's going on in here.

Not going to lie, some items are bizarre and extremely over priced but that's part of the fun.

I never leave here disappointed, whether with a new comfortable item or a good laugh at what's "hot"

Overall this store has nice and unique clothes. I can't shop there though because of the way the store is organized. If I'm looking for a dress for exapmle, there is too many places in the store where they can be found. I would definitely be shopping there more often if things were organized differently. Many of my friends and family say the same thing.

Can be a bit too pricy sometimes but is once of my favourite stores in the mall. I drop by here whenever I am in the area!

Could not have asked for a better experience from Patrick in the suit department. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and gave me his honest opinion. They were able to do a rush tailoring within two days which was above and beyond. Thanks again Patrick for all the help

Tons of clothes and other apparel. I went here with my girlfriend and she loved it. We stayed there a long time looking at all the neat clothes.

West Edmonton Mall's Simons is the absolute best! Customer service desk is always happy to see and help you. The store itself is beautiful and well merchandised. Very clean store with huge verity of clothes, accessories for every age group.

Really nice store, lots of knowledgeable staff on hand. My only criticism is its real hard to find precisely what you are looking for.

Huge store with something for everyone. Went to the home section for the first time and found some cute gifts.
Both the men's and women's have almost every style from casual to athletics to formal from high-end designer down to their own affordable line. Chances are if you find something too expensive there should be a cheaper alternative nearby.

Great selection and even better deals on a lot of brands. Could have a larger section for men's underware/jocks though.

I love this Simon's location! They have a huge selection of clothes and home items and I'm never left looking to find help- they have lots of staff on the floor and in the fitting rooms. I have yet to have a negative experience.
