Simplicity Car Care Edmonton Downtown - Empire Collision

Simplicity Empire made my truck repairs happen so quickly. I was only without my truck for 3 days before I got it back. The staff was friendly and amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality automotive repair.

These guys are great, came in for body work, I don't know what they did by my car runs better, less vibration and shaking. Like alrighty then! LOL!

After being rear-ended my insurance company sent me to them, not having any bodywork done in the city before I had no preference. They made this experience very easy for myself and I am very pleased with the work that they did. They kept me up to date on the progress of the work and even finished the work a day before they quoted which was an added bonus. Thank you

Unfortunately, our insurer recommended that we take our vehicle to Simplicity after a recent collision. Nearly 4 weeks, near zero communication on the repair process and still no vehicle. Do yourself a favour and take your vehicle to a larger more reputable shop.

At first drop off the team was incredibly helpful although short staffed but kind and courteous, expected repair time was given of 5 days it then took over 2 weeks to have the vehicle completed and returned. During that time not much information was given and the receptionist Latoya was quite rude and rushed over the phone when calling to ask for any updates on my vehicle, I felt as if by calling I was somewhat interrupting her day even though I had been given little to no information as to why my vehicle wasn’t completed or done. The work they did was amazing and I am very satisfied with the mechanics and every one else that helped get my car back together after having the accident. 2 stars removed due to the expected time to complete went well passed 5 days and due to the lack of information and customer care I received from reception.

Edit: they also removed the snow brush from my vehicle and did not put back… so make sure to remove everything from the vehicle if you don’t want things missing upon return.

I don’t know where to start. It’s best to take your vehicle to the actual dealership and not a place like this. Lesson learned the hard way.
