Simplicity Car Care Spruce Grove

My wife had an unfortunate accident but luckily she and both our kids were fine and our insurance suggested us Simplicity in Spruce Grove and My wife has nothing but great words and appreciation for them all but ofcourse specially Lisa! What an absolute darling she is! She was so patient and nice with our kids during this tough time she even talked and played with them, to save my wife and kids feom hassle she booked rental for us and they also cleaned her car from inside out with lifetime warranty on parts repaired!

I recently had my Toyota 4Runner repaired at Simplicity Car Care after a fender bender. The team at Simplicity was able exceptional at not only the repair, but also in difusing a very emotionally trying situation. I will be using Simplicity for any and all future car repairs.

From start to finish this was an amazing experience. My vehicle came in for an insurance claim. The moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile. I was offered a coffee and had a conversation with the woman at the desk. Everyone that came out from behind doors were smiling. When I went to pick up my car I had told them that I couldn’t be there until after they closed. They told me not to worry and they would stay until I could come (which was only 20mins after close), my car was ready for me and all I had to do was pay my deductible. A truly amazing experience!

I had to get my windows replaced and my insurance company sent me to Simplicity. I wasn't sure what to expect, but their level of service was far above what I could have imagined. Lisa was all over getting my appointment set, and my rental booked. The service was fast and, best of all, my car was spotless, inside and out.

Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

This body shop was very impressive. Repairs were done in the time they said and when I picked up my vehicle not only was my repairs fix, they had also washed my car inside and out. Everyone there was super friendly. Thank you for your speedy service.

Got rear ended and they were my body shop of choice, did excellent work and I can’t even tell my viechle was in an accident. It looks like the day I drove it off the lot. Super excited and pleased with their work. If I ever have to use a body shop again, this will be the only one I go to. Can’t reccomend enough.

Worst experience ever! Place owes money everywhere, had to purchase own parts for part of repair as they couldn’t get funds or credit for parts! Stay away at all costs! You may never see your vehicle again

This place is trash, a straight up dumpster fire. Don't do it. Go anywhere but here. Nothing express about it. I'd rather drive my vehicle all busted a**. That is all

Got everything I needed done promptly and painlessly. Kayla and Kayla were both transparent about whatever steps needed to be taken and were both very professional. Great customer service, answered all my questions not to mention the great work done behind the scenes by the shop on my 4Runner. Thanks guys, will be coming here again for detailing, paint correction etc. Nice, easy, fuss free.

I think many people have unrealistic expectations of the logistics involved in getting every specific part needed for your specific car. I had some delays due to weather, backordered parts, distance shipping etc, and I have one of the most common vehicles on the road. What am I gonna do about it? Timelines were all transparent and realistic, again a positive symptom of the aforementioned professionalism.

Now change the name of the business on Google and your caller ID! I shouldn't be getting a call from Speedy Collision, where I'm then told I'm speaking with Kayla (or Kayla) from Simplicity Car Care, and then Google wanting me to go to Spruce Grove Express Autobody hahahaha.

I just had the horrific treatment by the Spruce Grove Speedy collision. Called a liar to my face regarding issues I had after picking up my vehicle. I had asked for them to request a mecanical inspection from insurance company because one was not done. They said they did etc but in the end I was told I did not ask them to do it, then the insurance company wouldnt approve it etc etc etc. Im so upset Im just shaking. Please help me.
