Great experience, good quality furniture at reasonable prices, sales team very attentive without pressuring you for a sale.

I purchased a new bed from Sims, and Mary was great! She helped us pick the bed that best suited us for sleeping, and fit in our room. Mary researched headboards in our desired style to ensure an exact width and fit for its placement in our room PLUS we got to pick from a multitude of fabrics and leathers for our padded headboard. Sims service, staff and quality of their products cannot be beat and definitely I'll be back!

Took my grandmother to look for furniture, but she’s uses a walker and the gravel was extremely hard for her mobility so we were not able to look around. Gravel in the parking lot needs to be cleaned for the elderly for sure.

Assistance when asked for. Adequate time to make decisions uninterrupted.

When I went into Sims I was clear that I was looking for a bed frame that was in stock. My 8 day wait turned into 2.5 weeks. I was told the wrong delivery date by 2 different employees. The manager told me he would be in contact with me the next day and never was. When I went into the store to cancel my order and get a refund the employee that originally ordered the bed for me said, “you want to cancel it after you waited all this time? ” Very poor customer service and no apology

Not a place to buy if you want follow up from sales ladies. Purchased furniture in May. Was scheduled for early July delivery (They did not say what year in July, We assumed 2022. Mistake) In store service was not bad. Follow up by sales people was non-existant. When I called and requested a return call, my request wss ignored. Had to call the manager to find out what the delivery problem was
Would I shop here agaagain Definitly not!

Got a delivery from Sims and the delivery guys were super kind and professional, never had service like this before, hopefully they aren’t getting under paid

Wanted to buy a reclining sofa. They had an attractive model for sale and the price was right. But the earliest delivery date was 5 months away. We couldn't wait that long, unfortunately.
