Team at Boardwalk has been amazing from day one!
Vilma and Mercedes do an amazing job keeping the building clean and presentable.
Vanid is always tending to ensure all is in working order.
Customer service is the best with Erin, Kadiatou and Valerie available to answer all my questions and ensure my needs are met. Rachel ties it all together with her leadership and solution driven approach that has made my rental experience here top notch.

Unorganized and inefficient in the 3 and a half years i have lived there. Insincere about hidden costs which will only show up later

I have been living here for over 2 years now, and have not been happier with the staff and the building, never have I ever seen any form of infestation of any kind what so ever, and when there has been any concerns, they have been dealt with on a timely fashion and the up most respect, the staff have been absolutely wonderful to work with I highly suggest getting a unit with Rachel and her staff, absolutely wonderful people to work with!

WARNING! Cockroach infested! DO NOT move into this place. They were trying to cover up that the apartments are infested with cockroaches of all stages. Was going to be a new tenant and was going to take possession over the long weekend. Then I received a call from Boardwalk asking if I could move in at the end of the week instead as they needed to paint a wall. Since I had already picked up the keys I decided to start moving my things in slowly. Upon arrival I discovered that the entire apartment is infested with cockroaches! They were not painting a wall they were trying to buy time so they could exterminate the big issue without telling me! That is breach of contract by not fully disclosing all the information about the property, as well as a huge health risk/breach confirmed by the AHA. Boardwalk boasts about their rentals that they are clean, well kept, safe, and up to date with all of their health codes. Save yourself some time and money and don’t rent from Boardwalk. Corporate company that is only after their best interest. MONEY! And they will do anything or say anything to trap you. Even put peoples lively hood and health at risk. If I could have given zero stars I would have. Shady behaviour from the entire company!

I've living here for about 2 years it's a wonderful place for family and I am really happy, despite the great location and amazing tenants even the price is affordable.

I lived here on the 2nd floor for 2 years. I was flooded twice. It was not my fault. Neither insurance nor Boardwalk would pay for my hotel, & I found a cheap one. I am very disappointed in how I was treated. Think twice before you rent from this company.

I signed the lease for my apartment in June. Me and my girlfriend were excited for our new home. Unfortunately we developed bug bites less then one month after moving in. Please note we are clean people and did not bring these pests. We at first didn't believe they were bedbugs because we never saw then so we went on. We finally hit our breaking point when we asked if there was bed bugs in the building and if we should be worried and they blantly lied to us. So I had to fight to break my lease. They wanted to charge me 2700$ for breaking the lease. I argued my case and had the fee dropped. The communication from management to me was horrible. I am still dealing with them more then 3 months after moving out because now they want 150$ for a power bill from when I first signed the lease but hadn't fully moved in. The actual bill was 37$ but they decided go neglect it and hand it to me months after I've moved out to weasel their way back into my wallet. I will never rent from boardwalk ever again! I think the part that really made me mad was that during final inspection the landlord Informed me that the room had been "cleared" of bedbugs prior. Multiple different rooms were getting pest notices and nothing was being done prevent the spread. 0/5 stars

The team here is excellent, friendly, hardworking, and responsive. They have helped me with any questions or problems I have had, and they were polite, friendly, and quick to respond and take care of it immediately. I love living here

Valerie lacks maturity in her role! Not impressed at all.
Also, if you are a tenant of the high rise, there are NO stalls with plugins available to you at all. My vehicle will not start in the cold without being plugged in. I never thought to ask that question. Why would I!?

I would 100% not recommend this place to anyone, we had bed bugs note we did not bring theses in and nothing was done about it until i went in for the second time, then had to wait two week for them to put in traps that only took 5 minutes. I got out of my contract even though they wanted to charge me 2700$ to leave the bed bug infested apartment. Later on i find out that before we even moved in there was bed bugs in the apartment and in the suite we were renting.

Fire in the building. Elevators don't work. Person who is crippled couldn't go anywhere what if his mom was in the emergency.that wouldn't be tolerated wit me. Elders are aloud to go anywhere.
