Lack of service. They don't have the products that burnco did before and they force you to buy full pallet. Refused to check other locations for product availability.

One operator helped and loaded. Other 5 loads they refused to load with loader. Gave us a shovel.we don't want to damage your reused buckets. Lame excuse!
Did I mention that I am in a wheelchair and it's up to my wife to load.
They probably fired one nice operator. I won't be back. I would zero stars if I could.

Great place however they gave me twice the rock that I needed so it was a huge hassle to get rid of the rest as I had a rented truck and nowhere to dump it and couldn't bring it back.

Went to purchase fire wood. I had to walk through 5 inch deep huge puddle to get to and cross back to my car with the wood. They would not scoop it for me nor did anyone bother to address the huge puddle and dangerous trip Hazzard!

Very helpful staff. Prices went up from last year, but EVERY thing is up from last year so.can't complain lol.

I have been coming here for years, even back when it was a Burco Site. I continue to receive excellent service, very reasonable prices and enjoy the great selection of landscaping products. Highly recommend them!

Bought a square yard of prime Garden Mix.supposed to be a 33% mix each of top soil, sand and peat. It's dirt.and hard lumps of clay. I phoned to express my concern, just didn't care. Goodbye from me.

They used to be a good place to get firewood with good prices but now they have jacked up their prices and you pay more for less. Also you can't load by hand anymore only with the loader which they have signs saying to stay in the vehicle and any damage is not their fault so when they damage your truck like they did mine they don't have to take responsibility, also a good portion of that load was dirt and rocks instead of wood. Last time i'll ever go there.
