Ashely is amazing. Pelvic floor physio should be mandatory after having a baby! Would’ve saved myself a lot of years of pain if I’d known how important this was/how important it is. She’s straight forward while still being very kind and supportive. I will continue to recommend her to every woman I know!

608 Health was recommended to me by a family member. I have only had acupuncture so far, but my experience has been very positive. I have found it to be a very professional establishment. My acupuncture specialist is also very knowledgeable and upfront.

The phones lines didn't work in the beginning and I couldn't book an appointment. My last appointment was booked wrong and since my doctor is leaving I need to go to the emergency or Coaldale. My general experience was alright but it was like the other doctors offices I've been to. Sometimes I get in quick and sometimes I'm waiting a long time. I feel like I got the kinks of this place and I'm not in a kinky mood.

Dr. Nakama is incredibly kind and helpful. My acupuncture appointments are a relaxing, meditative part of my week that I look forward to.

Great place, friendly front end staff and physio therapist, Kelsey is absolutely amazing. She has really helped me with my journey, has been very supportive and told me to come back before I go to surgery for more help and information if that's the route I choose.

Every service I have used is perfect except for the Dysport aesthetic by Jamie- I was quoted $200 and after the treatment she charged $300! In my opinion it’s a waste of money! Jamie does not work with integrity…very disappointed which is a shame as it reflects badly on the entire business even though all other services I have used are awesome! 5 stars for them.

I’m so satisfied with the shockwave treatment that I received at 608 Health. This treatment is very under-utilized. I had chronic soreness in my neck shoulders and back. I’ve used massage, physio, acupuncture, and Prolo. These all were good treatments but the scar tissue in the muscle could never be resolved.
I was scared of shockwave but I had to try it. So grateful I did. It’s the treatment I needed years ago. They should call it knot buster not shockwave. If you have any areas with acute or chronic pain give it a try.

I had the unique experience of a combo treatment (Acupuncture + Massage) in the same session. While I have had plenty of massages prior to this time, this was my first time with acupuncture, and the combo experience was great. I felt that Sean was thorough and listened to what I needed. Treatment was appropriately tailored and after a few sessions I have seen progress to an issue that has been with me for years.

I could not have imagined a place so welcoming and helpful in every aspect of health. So Forward in thinking with wholistic health and coordinating charts. Huge shout out for there concern and focus in womens health and the amount of female practitioners. Liked and valued East Meets West love and appreciate Six08. For leading the way in womens health and accessibility providing trauma informed services and not being afraid to venture out side western medicine. So great-full Highly recommend checking out!

I have so much fun doing physio with Taylor. She makes the experience truly amazing every time and has gone above and beyond for me time and time again. Julie does an amazing job with massages. Whether I need an relaxing massage or one geared more for my tight muscles (more pressure) she listens to what I need and changes accordingly. All the staff at SIX08 are very friendly and kind. Smiles greeting when coming in and “Have a good day” as leaving. Love going there.

Dr. Tran is an amazing chiropractor! He relieved my sciatica pain during pregnancy with his precision adjustments. He is friendly and genuine. He works deep into the muscles before adjusting. I can not say enough about such an educated, talented chiropractor.

I've been working with Dr. Nakama for a few years now, addressing various health issues. He is amazing. Takes the time to listen carefully to the problem, explains why he is recommending certain treatments and is very methodical in his approach. He clearly knows 'his stuff' and I have had much success by following his recommendations. Both my husband and I would highly recommend him!

Very Disappointed to find out the Massage Therapists are NOT all vaccinated. This info was not shared with me when I booked and received my massage. This is poor leadership from a Medical Facility - IMO. Before you book - ask if your therapist is vaccinated!

The Six08 Health team really helped me out! I utilized services from the physiotherapist, acupuncture and massage departments. With targeted, personalized care, they helped get me back to 100%. The new facility is amazing too!
