Buyer beware, don't bother coming here unless it's a last resort, or you have a trusted mechanic you can bring it to before you buy, seeing as you can't trust their own mechanical fitness assessments.

Bought a vehicle from here about 4 months ago, seemed fine on the test drive, performed well over the next few thousand KM's until I started noticing unusual tire wear and a vibration, took it to my preferred shop for an inspection and alignment. End up having a really bad clunking noise from the rear develop en route to the mechanic, ask to have that checked out too. During the steering and suspension inspection, they end up finding cracks in the rear unibody structure that have allowed the unibody to rust so badly that they're able to punch holes through the worst of the rusted metal. All in, I end up being quoted $2,200 in repairs that they recommend against doing because of the rust damage, unless I spend what they estimate will be a minimum of $3,000 in auto body repairs to fix the rust, and that's assuming an auto body shop will even touch it.

Fast forward to today, I call to explain my problems and my situation to them, see what they're willing to do.the guy on the phone tells me he'll have to speak to his manager about it, at which point I offer to email them photos of the rust holes, along with leaving my name and number for a callback. Clearly not a priority problem as I have yet to receive a response via either email or phone.

A note to SJL: I hope your manager is aware that I'm not taking this situation lightly, and this review I've left is here to stay for everyone to see. I hope you realise what it looks like from my end to come forward diplomatically with this unfortunate situation and not even receive a simple return phone call, or even a follow-up email.

Bought a vehicle from these guys for 8500 it only it only lasted 3 weeks. Be careful.make sure you take what you are buying from them to your mechanic before purchasing it.

I bought 2016 dodge caravan with some work required which was disclosed to me but they didn’t disclose everything on paper this car has major fuel leakage and power steering leakage which they said they won’t fix. So please beware their mechanical fitness inspections on paper are joke I believe they don’t even look at the car when they do these assessments.

My son bought dodge caravan with some work required which was disclosed on paper but they didn’t disclose everything on paper this car has major fuel leakage when the tank is full that’s why the tank was half when you sold it so nobody get to know this problem and there is power steering leak and also the car right side sliding door lock actuator was bad which I and my son noticed at dealership when motor was making buzzing noise due to which rear doors were not locking up, I told this to sales person too but she said it could be due to cold weather but anyhow my son replaced the door lock actuator himself it took him 2 hours to fix this. We were thinking of getting another vehicle from you guys We told this to sales person too but were told the car which we were interested in was not listed yet and it will be listed by Monday and We were planning to come on Monday but Now me and my son are very disappointed over this at least you could have disclosed everything to us. So buyer’s be careful their mechanical assessments are joke.
