SKECHERS Factory Outlet

This was my first visit to the Skechers Factory Outlet, I normally frequent the Warehouse store in Sunridge both locations have good customer service. Upon entering the store one of the staff complimented my choice of running shoes and what I was wearing. Exceptionally smooth.
He asked if he could help me sort out any of my footwear needs. He helped me purchase a pair of shoes (which took some time) and advised me that the other pair that I was looking for was an online item only. He mentioned that since I was a patron of Skechers I should sign up for the Skechers newsletter for further promotions, which I did. He thanked me for the business and for coming in. I spent 3 decades in the customer service industry; good customer skills cannot be taught; they are acquired over time. I asked for the young man's name, Bobby Lawton. Bobby, thank you for your support today, you made my drive to Cross Iron Mills well worth the trip and a highlight of the day!

I can't stop raving about my new Go Walk 7 shoes. At age 76, I am now enjoying walking which I never envisioned I would ever engage in as a lifestyle changing activity for a healthier life. Jennifer is a wonderful person to have inroduced me to this pair of shoes.

Worst customer service ever. I just wanted to order a shoe size and the manager at front desk said that he does not order any sizes. The way he approched me was extremely rude. No greetings involved and after telling me he does not order sizes he said " next " to help the second person in line. I felt very disrespectful and felt like he has no value for my bussiness. I am regualr sketchers customer but i will take my bussiness somewhere else. I would never buy anything from sketchers again, atleast not from Cross Iron Mills. Please train your staff how to speak with people and some customer service skills. Extremely disappointed.

Customer service is great, was able to find the perfect pair of shoes for myself with the help of an employee named Noreen.

Jennifer was so helpful in providing me info on what's the current store so i ended up buying more! Excellent in customer service, very cheerful!

This store has a crazy amount of selection with almost any Skechers you can imagine. They have a selection for everyone, men woman and children. They also have a discount rack where you can find some good deals. Lots of space to walk around when trying on a pair of shoes. The store is clean, well lit and the staff is helpful. They also have a good selection of soccer balls around the store.

I had the best service on Sunday shopping at Sketchers. Wendy a representative was very helpful in my shopping. She’s friendly very approachable. A lovely person. Thank you Wendy, I’ll be back to shop when at Cross Iron.

Had some issues with one of the products purchased and the returns were absolutely hassle free with one of the wonderful employee called NOREEN there.

Store staff in untrained and very rude. I came here before there was manager named feisal. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Product knowledge he had, I didn’t see anyone even closes to that…

Found a pair of sunglasses I loved and they wouldn’t sell them to me because they didn’t have the proper barcode on them and it would “mess with inventory”

A bit expensive for the factory outlet store. They will almost alw6have 50% off on second pair but still its expensive. Clearance items can be sometimes a good deal.

Sahil did a great job today, helped me to find a wide foot shoes with perfect fitting and a matching tshirt to rock the gym outfit, exceptional customer service with a positive attitude, Far places to go ahead

Bought a pair of work shoes from this place 2 months ago and one of the employee named Shabbar made my shopping experience awesome, greeted well and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, wasting no time at all! Wonderful service. Keep it up!

Katelin was a great help when I was trying on new shoes. I have poor eyesight and my walker was in the shop for repairs so I was moving a little extra slow but she was super patient with me. The new shoes match really well with my compression socks.

Great Customer service, Mahmoud was Awesome, he helped me to find my size in different style, also Robel was helpful and very friendly, I definitely will back to this store to shop due to excellent staff and service!

I had very good experience shopping in this store. I would like to thank and acknowledge Mahmoud and Harleen great help. They were very nice and helpful. I liked a pair if shoes but couldn’t find my size in the specific section. They went above my expectations and looked for my size in the entire store for half an hour and found my size in different section:)

Went to this location to buy a pair of work shoes but the guy named Ludwig gave me such a professional and friendly service, helped me to select the best shoe and i end up buying two pair of shoes with some clothing too. All thanks to Ludwig for his amazing help and service.

Came in not knowing what to buy but the employees helped me with making decisions and I got myself a pair! They were patient and thoughtful! They made the place inviting! Would love to come back again!

I was in the store for 35 minutes and was never approached by a sales associate, I never saw an associate except the guy at the cash register. Terrible customer service.

Always a great brand for everyday shoes. This particular location however, varies too much in collection. I wish they carry consistent products

I like skechers so much, quality, softness and lightness, really thumbs up. I've got lot of collections from this store in Crossiron branch factory outlet, great u have it here in Calgary. I bought my kids shoes at Skechers and they really loved it! Especially the lights on the sides of it. That everytime they run or jump with it, it made them more really excited! Highly recommended!

Today I walked into Sketchers and I approached an employee for help with a shoe, the employee was very respectful and kind when assisting me, however, the manager named AMIRA told the employee to not talk to me and told the employee to do her work (Which she was). I felt offended with the manager’s comment since I am a customer that needed help. I have never seen such poor management from any retail store, and this is beyond unacceptable. I hope management fixes their behaviour.

I like the store. So many style to choose from. Their shoes are very comfy for all ages. The staff are great and very helpful.

I recommend this store to everyone because the quality of there shoes are very comfortable and affordable.

The staff there today made our shopping needs a great experience, We will be back for sure.

Skechers shoes are easily the comfiest shoes I have ever tried. Store the humongous with lots of good collections. I wish they would introduce more one item sale rather than the buy one get one some % off sale they have. May a time one need to buy just one. In those cases I had to go somewhere else that had better deal for just a single pair of shoes.

They are very organized and you can find what you want quickly. They just don't have many shoes for wide fit.

I wish I could give 0 stars because my experience with the staff was the worst of any company. I would not shop there again even if they were giving everything for free.

Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. Wide width shoes can be hard to find. Sketchers has a good selection & I bought 2 pair of wide width shoes. They also have arch support shoes.
