Just visited the Red Deer location and from the outset it was a pleasure to visit as the floor staff asked if I needed help, then left me on my own to browse and ultimately they recommended the best pair for me. Marlene (floor sales) was excellent; knowledgeable, fun, efficient and a great help. I also had a chance to speak with the manager and she was awesome too. The successful formula applies here: Hire great managers that hire great staff. This was a pleasure to see on this visit and I got great shoes.

Sasha who helped me out on the time I was at the store was so patient and enthusiastic. He make sure I get what I want to the point I bought more than what I need koddos to such a friendly and approachable employee. Good job boy it was and awesome experience with you

I needed to exchange a pair of kids shoes that had a defect. All staff (especially Ken) were very helpful.

I had received a recommendation to go into the Red Deer store to get the most comfortable shoes I could ever want. Every time I have went in, the staff have been extremely helpful, friendly, and the quality of footwear for the price, outstanding.

Stood in a virtually empty store with two associates who seemed to be doing very little for 20 minutes with neither of them offering any assistance, despite me obviously looking up at shoe boxes and in their direction.

Good product. Terrible customer service. Was going to but a couple pairs of work boots/shoes but staff couldn't be bothered to help.

Has an amazing clearance section had very good deals, buy 1 got a 2nd pair of 50% off when we were in there. Whenever we needed help, there was a sales associate available Very good experience, highly recommended as a shoe place

Nice shoes. But need to add more selection for women with wide feet and high arches.
Cougars and tender tootsies would be 2 that I would add to there selections. Or something similar.

Really like coming here. Its a huge store without of selection and there's usually a sale making it pretty affordable for two or more pairs of shoes.

My sister and i came in looking for work shoes and didn't even get acknowledge when we walked in. Instead of helping us to make a purchase the young ladies working stood in an aisle and continued to talk about boys.
