Came in last minute and they were happy to give my board a wax. Super happy with the friendly service and I would recommend all my friends to come here.

Went in last minute to get my board wax close to close without realizing it, and they still were willing to get it done the same day! They were super friendly and very helpful, another reason this is my number 1 spot to go to!

Decent selection! Great sale they had this year for gear. I live an hour away and it’s worth the drive.

No parking, poor service, poor selection. Don’t try here in place of the 17th ave location.

Visited during a big sale. The place was crazy, but staff were still super helpful. The reduction in stars is due to the limited parking.

Awesome service especially getting the kids geared up every season. Great exchange program on used kids gear. Good knowledge and they asked great questions to get me set up with the right gear for my skill level and where I ski.

Fantastic and friendly service! I came in after having serious balance issues with the K2 mindbenders I had purchased from another place where the staff were not adequately trained. After a terrible day of skiing I was worried I had chosen the wrong boot. The guy helping me at Ski Cellar really took his time to ask questions to help get to the root of the issue. He ended up heat moulding my boots, trimming a new insole for them, and suggested some partially padded socks for shin bang. The boots skied like a dream afterwards, jumps, drops, icy conditions, and all!

I didn’t spend much money, but really felt like the staff took the time and care to help me out. Would definitely recommend this place:)

In all my years of visiting ski shops I just experienced the worst service. Sales person was not very helpful nor knowledgeable. He didn't know the prices and had to keep checking or asking. He quoted us $20 for mounting bindings. Then came back and said that it was $65. When we questioned him on price difference (and we were not rude). He said if we didn't like the price we should shop somewhere else. So we left and shopped somewhere else AND got better service and deal

Excellent selection and great staff; you do pay a bit of a premium here; but you're buying insurance that you're getting the right set up the first time.

Stellar service both purchasing and picking up new equipment! Fair pricing and happy to help until I felt ready to go.
