Honestly not what I expected, I was profiled and followed around the very small store by what looked like the oldest employee. After what I thought was a friendly greeting and conversation, Was stared at by every employee there well browsing I didn’t feel like I belonged there.

Awful experience, was sold 500$ ski boots that were way too small and lied to by over confident pushy sales person. After purchasing and bringing them home to walk around in them, I went to return them, and they said they looked worn and that they couldn’t return them.
They tried to “heat mold” them to my feet but they didn’t listen to the real issue which was they were too small and crushing my toes. They were arrogant and rude about the whole situation.
They only care about getting your money. There’s lots of other ski stores, spend your moneysomewhere else.

Went in to get new boots and potentially skis for our 6 year old. Lauren measured everything and said we should be fine and then she punched out the toe box in his boots to give him a bit more wiggle room. All for free.

I cannot describe how amazing the ski cellar is, I cannot think of anything negative to say about the store! I bought my first pair of junior skis from this store, and have never gone anywhere else. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and provides top tier service! The staff are always friendly and create an amazing environment because they sincerely enjoy their job. Every staff member works incredibly hard to make sure you and your equipment are in great condition and you have everything you need and more for the season. I can not express how amazing the store is, I have grown and created so many at this place and hope other youth can as well. I've never been let down with the products or suggestions made by the staff. Any equipment that must be ordered is rapidly delivered and ready for pickup within record time. If your boots cause any discomfort with your feet, calves, or shins, the store accommodates any needs and makes amazing adjustments and adaptations to your boots which make your feet feel like you're walking in the most comfy slippers ever.

A big shout out and thank you to Dan and Chriss for the hospitality over the years and always making sure my gear is the perfect fit! You guys have taught me so many things over the years, from how to step into my skis to how to tune and take care of my equipment. You guys have left a lasting impression on my life and have helped me keep my passion and love for skiing and the outdoors.

Wow! Amazing customer service from Kale! We traveled from Australia for an epic ski holiday and needed to purchase all our gear before we started.he was next level in his knowledge about all the equipment we needed.he guided us through the whole process especially with the ski boots.he customised all 3 of our boots during the process to ensure we were all 100% comfortable.just an amazing experience! We love Kale! - the Australian, the Colombian, and the Canadian:)

Walked in for my free wax which my lake louise card gets me. Immediately I'm told both the boards I was carrying need tune ups, how I have rounded edges. He didn't even look at them, I was still holding them (meanwhile at the 17th location a few weeks earlier I asked for a sharpening for my board and was told I didn't need it) Way too pushy sales people, basically he thought I was a good target for a sale and 5 minutes was wasted telling me how my boards were in a bad state. I did eventually get my waxing done tho.a bit of advice, examine the boards before you say they need a tune up, I felt offended, the guy must have thought I looked like a chump.

This place is amazing, it’s that simple. Year after year I come here and year after year I get quality service, advice, and tips on skiing. I love how friendly, kind, and helpful the staff are here. Usually I dislike shopping for equipment, but I enjoy shopping here. Tysm to Sean, who helped me out today with my boots and helmet!

10/10 service. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and supportive on first time skier. Never spoke down to me and provided lots of helpful tips I hadn't known prior to entering the store. Sales associate Ashleigh was very friendly and walked me through the store for accessories, and provided excellent customer service. Needless to say I will come again.
