Face! I’ve been using Skoah products for over 15 years, the formulas are amazing, the facials they provide in house are incredible. They’re the only place I recommend when someone asks me where to go for a facial!

Horrible experience that left me feeling uncomfortable and pressured. The aesthetician scolded me several times during my facial for not wearing sunscreen on my face and for not having a skincare routine. This went past recommending I wear sunscreen, she was literally reprimanding me and scoffing at me for not wearing it!

The pressure to purchase products was unsettling. Even after telling the aesthetician I wouldn’t be buying anything and had to leave quickly after my appointment, she still left the room for about ten minutes during my appointment to write down skin care products she recommended for me to buy, then tried to sell them to me when I exited the room and went out to pay.

After bringing the scolding up with management, they were defensive and the only customer service they offered was putting a note on my file. I have been a regular customer here, and this is how you treat your customers?
I won’t be returning.

I had a very relaxing experience getting the power facial. I felt so taken care of and enjoyed the heated table and big comfy duvet to stay cozy. This was such a treat and my skin was radiant after! The products felt and smelt great too. Plus you get $20 off your first facial!

Waited a long time for aesthetician to come in, she left half way through for about 10 mins (I assume this was when a mask was on but I’ve never had an aesthetician just leave me, usually this time is massage etc!) super over priced, skin still felt dry after and wasn’t expecting to be lead to the sales floor after to be showed product. The whole thing was not relaxing and felt like a sales experience, did not enjoy. Everyone was really nice but really disappointed with the experience. Go somewhere else for a facial

Coming here was such a great experience! Ceilidh did my facial and really took the time to get to know my skin which made it such a relaxing experience! Will definitely be coming back!

Maria was amazing! She made me feel comfortable right from the moment I got into the room. My skin felt amazing at the end of my appointment!

I’ve been here several times during my pregnancy, post partum and while breastfeeding- had a great experience every single time. I was never upsold any products which I appreciated. I mentioned to them that I’m very careful about what I’m putting on my skin while I’m pregnant/breastfeeding and they respected that every single time. I’ve had different ladies every time and never had any issues. Always left relaxed and with glowing skin. I like how they always have appointments available and are in a central location. They use pregnancy and nursing safe products and can adjust the table while you’re pregnant since you can’t really lie down on your back especially later on.

I had such an amazing experience my first time in February that I signed up for a membership. The facial felt fantastic and my skin was glowing afterwards. I was asked a lot of questions about my skin concerns and care routine by the rep that did my facial and she gave me some useful recommendations to address these concerns.

I had the most amazing facial, the Facialiscious, from Maria this weekend. The Skoah products are fantastic and the treatment was one of the best I've had. It is so relaxing. The facial, foot, arm and scalp massages were wonderful. Maria gave me great tips about how to tweak my skincare routine. My skin is glowing!
