Great service provide by Daniel. He diagnosed the problem same day and fixed it next thing tomorrow. He was punctual, friendly and explained everything in detail. I recommend SKRT plumbing to everyone.

Skrt asked to show up ahead of schedule which worked out for me. Jacob was able to diagnose the leak on our Navien unit, showed me how to do the yearly maintenance. Cleaned up the unit after he was done, leaving it cleaner than it was.

Super happy to have hot water again. Would definetly call them again.

Sean responded to my call as early as 7.30am on a Monday. Came to my house the same day at 10am to look at the broken circulating pump timer. Replaced it the next day, matched the lowest price and gave additional advices on some of my bathtub issues. Charged reasonable labour fee on the replacement unit and test the farthest faucet as well. Hoping and praying that newly installed pump unit outlasts the broken one (8 yrs). He guaranteed the plumbing work was of high quality and if any leak persists, he assured me of a visit. Highly recommended for houses around the NW area versus waiting for other plumbing companies who never returned any of my calls.

Sean @SKRT is the way to go! I believe they are reliable, extremely professional and easy to work with as a homeowner. I have used them for my furnace & fireplace issues & etc.

I must say that they’ve superseded my expectations; knowledgeable, fast, & clean "the best bang for your money" when it comes to heating & plumbing issues. He was great! He was kind and tells us what the problem was. After he was finished he checked it twice. If the drain gets clogged again I will call this guy again! I was very satisfied.

My hot water tank started to leak at the bottom of the tank. Decided to replace it for a bigger size tank.
Shawn came over with brand new 50 gallon tank. He replaced the tank and removed the old one out without damaging anything.
He told me how important it is to flush the tank at least once a year and went over how-to.
Also, he offered me a $70 discount for the first time appointment.
Not only Shawn was professional, he was very courteous.

I contacted Sean after our water heater malfunctioned. He replied promptly and was able to make a same-day appointment for us. He was punctual and very professional and arranged to bring some parts after diagnosing what the issue might be.
