Took my Rv in this fall as the fridge was making a ticking sound. Was new to the rv world so pretty inexperienced. Their technician fiddled around with it for about 30-45 minutes. Determined the battery to be low. They didnt use any supplies or parts. $270 bill for diagnosing on a weekday afternoon. Feel like i got scammed. Shame on me for not reading all the reviews.

I would give less than 1 star if i could. We bought an rv in early 2022 and were happy with the service we received until we signed the contract. Following that it was nothing but delays and excuses on repairs promised, I had to fight to have the windshield replaced that we were told would be done when we signed the paperwork, they than tried to get us to pay for a new fridge as the one they sold in the rv was not working and they didn't want to take accountability for that. They "fixed" the headlight that had fallen out, by fixed I mean duct taped it into place so that it lasted about 2 days before falling out again.this company is not BBB or AMVIC accredited and does not care about you once you sign the paperwork.
We were told the RV would be ready for pick up by the end of February 2022 as we were moving end of march, we did not get to take possession of it until the second week of march costing us extra hotel fees and when we did take possession of it none of the repairs had been completed and were not completed until the literal day we had to leave the province which ensured they would not have to deal with the backlash of nothing be done right.do not purchase anything from here unless you're willing to deal with the headaches that will follow.

I fully expect this to either be taken down so they don't have people forewarned or the replies will be blaming us and taking no accountability. I waited an entire year to make sure I wasn't just angry for no good reason and to allow myself time to calm down and not leave a negative review out of spite.

Do your research and buy from somewhere that will take care of you and not take advantage of anyone they can.

Ordered parts 9 days ago, no response from them and won't return any e-mails. Why sell parts online?

We bought a used 5th wheel from Skyline RV a while back and was pleased with the process. All over the phone, and went to pick up all l had to do was sign on the line and drive off. Great staff and service.
