Such a great experience with the staff at this location! While evacuating my husband and I needed a tunnel cover to secure our possessions, and the Slave Lake team stayed late to make sure that they could install one for us. They were friendly, proffessional, efficient, and made a terrifying situation a little bit easier. They also took a few minutes to play with our scared puppy, which was incredible. Asbolutely great staff and experience, can't recommend or praise them highly enough.

I had a salesman contact me about doing a trade as they “have a great trade-in value right now” i said sure and let him know what i was driving, i let him know I’d be interested in a truck. He then asks to do a soft credit check on me, i double check with him that it will not affect my credit and we proceed. A few days later I then get an email saying i have a hard inquiry on my credit report. I contact Slave Lake Chrysler and the salesman i was in contact with says there was a “mixup with finance” he sent them a truck (he didn’t send me the truck or contact me about any vehicle. We only spoke the one time) and they must’ve thought i wanted this truck. So my credit report showed Slave Lake Chrysler, and bank of Nova Scotia on my hard inquiries. Although i didn’t approve this! The salesman then had i believe he said the finance manager contact me and he handled this problem very poorly. Did not take accountability and blamed me for the whole ordeal on the credit check part but had nothing to say about his salesman making the mistake of sending finance a truck i didn’t see, talk about or approve of. Just a warning for whoever decides to deal with these guys!

Never buy in their shop online website OEM mopar parts warehouse. They try to change the final price after and double charge you.

I am extremely disappointed with this place. I had to get a new card twice after they required my CVV twice after there was a “problem with my order”, the price rose and I got double charged. It's frustrating that they don't adhere to their own prices and their website information and price are apparently misleading. When I called to explain the situation, They showed no concern or willingness to rectify his mistake. Overall, their customer service is highly disappointing. (Mark does a good job tho)

Took truck in for u-joint replacement that costed me 450$ they clipped my axle seal, we’re rude and took no responsibility for it.would not recommend anybody to take their vehicle here YouTube how to do it yourself!

Boyfriend took his truck in to get one thing fixed, picked it up and now it’s in worse condition than before and it’s going to cost triple the price than what he originally went in for. Called them, were extremely rude AND they said it was his fault because he has an older dodge. Wouldn’t even try to be helpful. Would not recommend AT ALL.

I was told it would take 1 hour for my oil change and it took 3 hrs! Then was told thar my diffs and transfer cases needed servicing. $741.00 dollars? Can do it for just over $100. Never going back
