The service there is amazing! I didn't know anything about mattresses or pillow, but Gregg took the time to educate and guide me. He was super patient and helpful. I took advantage of great sales deal that Sleep Country had going and I am happy with my purchases!

Love their staff, always helpful picking the right bed, pillow or frame. I looked everywhere for a bed frame to fit my adjustable bed. They had lots to pick from!

Went to the south side location next to Lowes and we love our new mattresses. The sales person was very knowledgeable and went through every detail and answered all our questions to help find the right mattress for us. Also they have duvets, sheets, and mattress protectors for reasonable prices which I didn't know.

We shopped around and ended up at SC. Thank God we did. The salesman was patient and professional and answered all our questions, very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. Our new bed was delivered earlier than promised and the delivery crew was fast and cleaned up all the packing. We are very happy that we found Sleep Country and we’ll be customers for life!

Richard was friendly enough. A true SALESman. We were looking for the near future. He was accommodating UNTIL, he found out credit was questionable. He then rushed us through to the credit check. Problem is we would be getting a sizable income on a few weeks. However At this time, no help.

Complete Professionalism

I arrived at the store around 11 am and was warmly greeted by Gregg, the sales associate. Gregg asked me what I was looking for and proceeded to gather up the required PPE to enable me to try out a new bed and a new pillow.

Gregg took me through several different options for both the bed and the pillow, each time explaining the pros, the cons, and anything else that was important to the purchase. During the pillow fitting, Gregg took the time to check my spine alignment with the bed I had indicated I liked to ensure that I wouldn't be sleeping in an awkward position.

The overall experience was a very positive one. I would highly recommend it, as I haven't slept better in years.

I have got to be honest we bought a mattress just over a year ago and it is sagging in center. It doesn't meet the companies 1-3/4" requirement but not happy with it. Paid almost 2000. I think that the products maybe sold may in theory be good quality but really no customer service and mostly buyer beware. We are going to have to search other places for our next mattress. The price of the purchase and how long it lasted was a definite factor for my review

We have not shopped at Sleep Country previously but were more than pleased with our shopping experience, purchase process, delivery, and the mattress we bought.

Pretty nice place, the staff will get you settled with the right things you need. Bought some memory foam pillows and caught a great deal!
Solid store!

My parents were mattress shopping and they had visited many stores to find the right fit, with no success. We went into Sleep country and dealt with Vikash at 4120 Calgary Trail. He really tried to understand what features they were looking for in a mattress and then suggested that they try these different options.
It took a long time but they settled on one and he also asked about their pillow comfort.
My parents were so thrilled with Vikash’s service and purchased their ideal mattress and I also purchased the pillows for a few hundred dollars for them.
The next day my mum contacted Vikash to purchase another charcoal pillow as she loved the one I had bought for her.
Vikash wasn’t your typical salesman, he behaved like a professional and genuinely listened to my parents needs, while respecting their budget and created a personable experience.
It felt like we were dealing with an old friend.

Excellent service from Visak. He took my call, asked the right questions, searched the premises for the pillow of interest. He referred me to another location to help me out but later found and called me directly. When I arrived I was warmly greeted, walked me thru a demo and had the stock on hand at the til.

I really appreciated Visak’s professionalism & promptness to address my purchase. I highly recommend this location and commend Visak.

Knowledgeable and helpful with providing a good fit for a first-time mattress buyer. However, initially overcharged me by $200 and took a lengthy discussion to get that amount refunded. Given this unnecessary additional effort, I don't intend to go here again.

I had went to the sleep country in south commons first and had a bad experience there. I got a price from that one so I decided to try this sleep country cause I knew what I could expect to pay. Went in and talked to a salemans and I over heard him tell someone a different price for the exact same bed that I was quoted on at a different location when I said that the other store was offering a better deal he pretty much called me a liar and that I didn’t know what I was talking about. SHADY!

Great experience for couple buying our first new mattress.

The sales rep was attentive and gave us lots of options, helped us find the absolute best deal within our stated price range.

The delivery went smoothly as they called to remind us in the days before as well as the morning of delivery. Even though the elevator in our building was not working they still agreed to carry it up instead of forcing us to reschedule which we are really grateful for.

All in all great customer service on all fronts at the store, on the phone and in person.

Excellent, prompt service. I knew generally what i wanted, and was shown just that. The first one that I was shown around up being the most comfortable and lowest price of a few options. Denise sold me the bed including pedestal base for a little less than the price listed for the mattress.

Amazing service, Denise especially. Lots of options and expertise.for sure the place to shop at.

Chris is friendly, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us into a purchase that was not right for us. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us to find the best mattress. I hope he is still there in 10 years when we buy our next bed.

Be careful buying a mattress from Sleep Country on sale. I had three mattresses delivered - all of them used, slumped, edges torn, covers ripped, one of them stained.

We walked in and a sales associate looked up our previous order and we purchased the same mattress but in a queen for our guest bedroom. We received the mattress the next business day and I asked for the plastic cover to be kept on and my partner inspected it that evening and discovered mold on the mattress. The customer service is now asking for pictures which defeats the no-questions-asked policy. We will see how this works out but we worry that future guests like Carl Latonas will have to camp in the backyard with nothing but a firm pillow for company.
