The salesman was not helpful nor knowledgeable. Maybe he was knew, the last time I was there the salesman was fantastic. Wish I could remember his name. Older, silver haired gentleman

We have bought our last 3 mattresses from this west Edmonton location. It was like the Goldilocks story. The first bed was too hard, so we exchanged it for a much softer model, no questions asked and no problems with the exchange. After 4 yrs our mattress developed a wow in it, we visited the store to look at getting a newer one. We were greeted by a smiling Saleman Ken Rimstad. He looked us up in the computer and tells us we have a Warranty so give them a call. We called, and completed the Warranty questions and submitted the pictures and received a full credit for a new mattress all within a weeks time. We chose to upgrade to a Temper-pedic and purchase an adjustable bed. Again Ken Rimstad provided exemplary customer service, didn't rush us, answered all our questions and gave us a great deal. Pretty sure we will always return to this location as long as they are here, no pressure, no hassles with returns or exchanges and great customer service. Thanks Ken, we're looking forward to sleeping on a nice cool mattress and finding new comfortable sleeping positions with the adjustable bed. Highly Recommend you visit this store if you are looking for a new mattress or bed set.

I had Lavander pillow last year for Christmas for my daughter and I, this year I went back to get more for my husband. It was the best Christmas gift for us. I recommend everyone to visit Sleep country the one by the west side. The customer service is fast and appreciate.

Should have known when nobody answered phone, but went to store anyway. Walked in, did PPE, nobody even acknowledged us. Man was very busy on computer, woman was with customers. Stood around- then walk out.

Very nice shopping experience. Safety protocols were followed and the salesperson (Manager) was personable and very helpful in assisting us in choosing the right product for our needs.
Delivery/removal was as scheduled and went very well.

Shopped at the 170th St store, and was assisted by Ken. I told him my horror stories of purchasing from a competitor and Ken took the time to assist me and ensure my needs were met. I told him in detail what I was looking for and the comfort required and I purchased a Sealy Posturepedic optimum Marvel and just love it. The delivery was also arranged for my convenience. A few days later based on Ken telling me to try the mattress before buying new pillows, I went back and bought the polar tropic pillows and am very happy with the choice. I also purchased a comfort mattress protector. Great store, great service and would definitely shop there again.

Came here to purchase a bed.told the gentleman i intended to leave with a new mattress, he helped me for a good 15 minutes checking up. 2 other couples came into the store. I was the first person in there and when I let him know I wanted to make the purchase I waited over 20 minutes for him while he helped other people. I get it he was alone but he didn't even take me to start paper work on the sale. He told me he was going to help the other couple. I looked at him with a Blank stare. I was the first person there I wanted to make a purchase. He told me to come back later that night. I made him aware I would not have child care and this was my only available time to make this purchase. I was shocked he would turn down a sale as I know they make commission. Oh well their loss is another companies gain.

Great experience from start to finish for buying a bed for my Grandma. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, the delivery went smoothly, and all questions were answered confidentially. Really recommend the sleep country team if you're in need of a bed for a senior moving into a new lodgings. Thanks again Sleep Country!

Ken was amazing to work with! He was able to get us a pretty sweet deal on a new king mattress and bedframe (the whole transaction came out to just under half price compared to regular price)! Would highly recommend Ken.

Worst service ever. We placed the initial order on July 25th, 2020 and received the delivery as scheduled about a week after but we received the wrong headboard and bed frame. Upon noticing that, we thought we would take this matter to the store we bought it from which we did about a week later and figured the bed that we chose in the store initially had the wrong tag on it altogether this the wrong bed was delivered. Now, the gentleman at the store was quick at accepting the mistake and mentioned he could not find the details of the model of the bed we ordered at the time as they did not know at all what that model was even called so he called me back the next day and advised it is all figured and the replacement delivery will be done on August 29th which was about 3 weeks from then and we were still fine waiting for it. Now after waiting till the 28th of August, we receive a call advising the truck did not show up so we will not be able to deliver as scheduled but we will keep you posted. For once we understood and we're still patient and thought maybe we will hear sometime early next week and it will all be fine. Then after waiting for 7 days without a phone call, email of any update from them, I called them 4 times yesterday and it went unanswered each time. So I went on to chat with a lady in support who was super helpful and apologised about the situation and confirmed the delivery will take place on Sunday, September 6th, 2020. In fact she even sent me an email confirmation, so again I was relieved. Now a person from sleep country calls us and says that it will not be delivered tomorrow as the bed and headboard is not available whereas until last week it was on a truck that did not get here on time and now all of sudden the bed is not even available. He mentioned he has emailed his te to look into this only a couple of minutes prior to calling us, so basically they were just scheduling deliveries basis assumptions of it being available all this while. Also, now this person told us, he has absolutely no idea when the bed will be available. Upon asking him to arrange for someone to take everything back and refund our money as we paid in full at the time we paid the initial order, he said he does not have the authority to do so and there is just the one person across the province to do so who is currently on vacation. I am not even sure I believe anything they say anymore, the experience with these people have only gone downhill with each conversation we have had with them. Great job Sleep country.

Salespeople usually make me feel uneasy and pressured but not here. Super knowledgeable and kind people working here with great service and welcoming attitudes it was a great experience for something I needed. I'd recommend this store to anyone, and have.

Reccomend going to this sleep country compared to any of the others in the city. Worth the extra drive.

Horrible customer service and the Worst salesperson I have ever dealt with. He was condescending and blatantly refused to help us after we didnt want to buy a top tier mattress. He literally ignored us the moment another customer walked in and we were left standing there with our newborn child. WE will NEVER walk into a Sleep Country store again.

Best customer service ever! I was treated very poorly by the salesperson at Oliver Square Sleep County (Richard). I left then called the West Edmonton location and spoke with Darrel Mason who convinced me to come in despite my recent bad experience. I came in the same day and WOW what a difference. Darrel sold me the exact bed I wanted plus a platform frame, head board, pillows and sheets. This was a great experience and I highly recommend this location. Go see Darrel he is truly a gem; thanks again!

The best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Store Manager Ken was generous and kind and gave us an awesome deal we were not expecting. Lots of good and patient advice from all the other tstaff too.
We, for sure, will buy our next matress and pillows at Sleep Country West End. Thanks you so much!

I am so impressed with the amazing customer service and value from this Sleep Country! The staff helped me find the best Quality mattress and bed frame-All made in Canada! In fact the mattress was made right here in Edmonton! That gave me a fantastic deal and were extremely accommodating with the delivery date. The were attentive and caring. I would totally recommend this place to anyone.

Bought a bed here over ten years ago and yes it's time for a new one. I still send people there, good quality products and services. The sheets and covers I got there at the time are still in great shape too. Will be seeing them again soon.

Walked in to 2 older men sitting in desks absolutely shocked to see a customer.

Listened to them complain about “idiots who call their store by accident instead of WEM. ”

Prices are also not listed on most of the items, I loaded the website on my phone to find prices instead.
