Store staff are amazing.

All products purchased are absolutely subpar (faux covering on headboard peeled off nearly immediately, frame squeaks, mattress dropped below the accepted 1.5" of body indentation causing months of back pain, mattress cover did zero for blocking the nighttime droolies from staining the mattress).

So we seek out a warranty claim to rectify only the mattress indentation issue.

Weeks later of being asked to lift up the mattress for yet another pedantic photo shoot, we are told that any staining means that they will not honour their warranty.

We went there first due to the staff and will never step foot in any of their stores ever again.

Congrats competitors, we're done jumping through hoops.p. S. I think my favourite part of the "Warranty & Guarantee" part of their website is where they have cup of java perched precariously over the mattress, likely knowing full well that the mattress cover will do nothing if that mattress ever needed to be exchanged (https://www.sleepcountry.ca/warranty)

We had Kurtis help us out here. He was very informative and knowledgeable. We bought a couple of beds. I feel we'll "sleep well" after buying beds here.

Bought a $300 pillow. Slept on it one night. Thinking it can be returned. Never crossed my mind that it could not. Drove 40 min to return it obviously thinking that fine. Otherwise I would not have made the trip. Get to the store was rudely told that it can not be returned and that sales person would have told me that. Pretty good memory. That never happened. Why drive all the way there to return it then if I was told that. This store will never see me again.

Good selection of mattresses, team member assisted us to select the proper mattresses. They arrived into stock for us to pick up within 2 days of their original estimate.

Unfortunately, we have bought five beds at sleep country. They were way overpriced, and I wished we weren't in a hurry because o would have gone somewhere else. Also, don't trick yourself on the "breathable cold mattress. I never sweat that much in a bed. Also, I don't understand why every employee are such snobs. I mean, you are selling mattresses.teach your people to be humble.

Love our new mattress! It is so comfortable and helps us have a good restful sleep. Delivery was exactly when they said they’d show up and they were done in less than 10 minutes.

They had alot of sales staff on the floor to help me out right away, no pushy or shady sales tactics.
My mattress wasn't in stock (oddball RV size) and I was told 3 days to get it in, about 300 the next day they called to say it was in early.

When I went into the store I was helped immediately. However when a second person came into the store, that sales person walked away. To the point that I walked out of the store. I never got my replacement mattress that was under a 100 day warranty. I will never buy anything from sleepy country and I am stuck with the mattress that hurts my back. The best quality beds but the price tag comes with it, there is a payment plan so you don't have to hand over 1 lump sum

We had a mattress delivered on February 23. The delivery time was right on schedule and the delivery men top notch. AND VERY HONEST. I had tucked $200 away between the mattress and box spring and totally forgot it was there. After the guys left I went to make up the bed and there was 10. $20 bills on my dresser. Thank you thank you thank you.please acknowledge these 2 honest young men and express my gratitude.

The manager Rob really knows his product, is helpful and friendly. Through a process of elimination pretty much narrowed it down to what I needed and could afford.

He lost me when he started to pressure sell when I said I wanted to look around some more before making a decision. All the way from putting money down to reserve my choice to saying if I didn't then my choice wouldn't likely be available tomorrow. So I guess there's no use going back. Too bad, I really liked that mattress.

Overall terrible experience. Kurtis our salesman over promised with many aspects regarding our sale and deliver. When brought to the attention of Sleep Country that certain portions were not delivered upon, we were informed that there was nothing they could or were willing to do for us. Very disappointed by the lack of customer respect and the company ability to uphold their promises.

I was told by the salesmen that I likely have insomnia and that non of the mattress’s there would help me with that. I haven’t had a chance to purchase one and try. I’ve always bought my mattress’s from sleep country and love the bamboo sheets but now I have to drive to Edmonton to try and get the typical experience that I’m used to with sleep country.

Issues we experienced was not with the purchase of the bed but with warranty. We purchase six years ago and the sagging of the bed was causing much discomfort. Went to Sleep Country in Red Deer and the sales guy said we should try to go through the warranty process cause our bed was still under warranty. So off we went to go through the process of the pictures and measurements which was not a fun task as we had to have these taken on the floor which we had to drag down and back up a flight of stairs. Submitted online the photos plus extras just incase. Few days later on the website you can check to see what the status was and all it said was denied and to look at our warranty card. I called the number and a lady said that she would set up inspection. I asked her do you see why we were denied on her end and she said because they see no sagging on their end but she can see it herself looking at the photos submitted. So a week later I sent message asking when we should be getting a call from the inspector and they said it could take up to three weeks. I told them that I need to replace the mattress asap as I'm no longer able to sleep on it. Today I had the call from their inspector to set up appointment and he said all he can do Wednesday as he is out of town. I asked him if he can do something in the evenings and he said no he is out of town. I said we can't take off work just for this and he pretty well said well then I can't help you. He also said he has a job too. I'm assuming what he ment was he's not going to do evening out of town just for us. Also asked him if he was independent or if he works for Sleep Country and he stated he worked for them. I said we submitted photos on line and why he can't look at them to see our mattress and he said he doesn't go by these. I asked him why then did we have to go through this ordeal as it was not a easy task. I also stated to him this was terrible Customer service that they can't arrange sometime that works for us. I feel that they have no intention of honoring their warranty and now they want us to book time off work just to deny us. He then started to yell I asked him to stop and he continued. We paid good money with the sales man telling my spouse you'll never have to buy another bed. Well here we are and all I can say is why would I have someone like this in my home.no thanks never again with Sleep Country. I think they need to hire more inspectors as this one needs a holiday.

We bought a adjustable bed at sleep country, Kurtis Pieper was our sales man and he went beyond finding just the right bed for us. We needed a frameless adjustable mattress, and he found one in Vancouver, That was middle of week by Sunday we were picking it up. Thanks Kurtis enjoying our mattress in our motor home. Terry&Lois

I am giving a three star, the service that we got from our sales guy was amazing. Afterwards trying to call this company is horrible. If you guys are that busy hire a receptionist to answer your phone.both days I've called I had to call multiple times just to get somebody to answer the phone. Coming from the service industry, I think they could have better service on that end.

Be very, very aware of this shady business!
They lie, misinform you when they are luring you into purchase, and in a very sweet, too good to be true way!
Once purchase is done, they are done with you, too
God forbid to ask for exchange, return or refund; you are on your own; they show their real face; rude, harassing you and simply DON"T CARE about you; they got your money, money is in; you are out!
NEVER EVER will buy anything from that store or that Company, EVER!
Please people be very aware to whom you are giving your trust and/or money

This was our first stop to start shopping for a new bed, well Kurtis made the process very easy so there was no reason to shop elsewhere. Thank you Kurtis we appreciate your help.
