The person that was dealing with me was very impatient and rude. She was literally rolling her eyes at me when I asked questions and my family was uncomfortable. The staff at the South Common store is really good and I recommend going there instead. Overall Sleep Country is an excellent company to deal with.

The clerk was totally rude. We were told, very sharply to "stay there" (the polite term is "I'll be right back") when we headed toward the back with her. Then when what she showed us wasn't exactly what we were looking for, she went back to her chair in front of the computer and completely ignored us while we looked through the showroom.

Service in store excellent, accurate etc.delivery as promised, quick accurate and clean, exactly where we wanted it, however extra parts slats and assorted pieces left behind. All garbage removed. Thanks

Stopped in to just "look" to find out what hubby liked and walked out with a new adjustable frame and mattress. Sales lady was really helpful and informative which was great because we had no idea what was best for us. She had us lay on several different types of mattresses to help us decide. They are delivering and setting everything up on Thursday and taking away the old stuff.

I purchased a medium pro adapt tempurpedic bed from Sherwood park sleep country. The reason I bought it was because they gave me a great deal on the mattress. So a few months go by and I still feel the bed is quite hard, so being within the exchange period I went in to set up the exchange for the soft version. I was told I had to pay the difference in price between the beds…which was $2600! You know since it wasn’t “on sale” now. I already paid 3400 for the bed in the first place and I only paid that because I was given the deal. So my options were pay the 2600 or be stuck with a bed I don’t want. I left the store. I get called back about an hour later saying they could do the exchange for 500…but it was only approved until 9pm that night!? What a complete f… around, unnecessary hoop to jump through. This place turned me into a Karen, making me call their customer service line. Which also didnt help me out in any way. I called the Fort Saskatchewan sleep country and they helped me out no problem. Gave me the sale price I originally was given when I bought the previous mattress, and I didn’t even buy the first one from them. I would avoid Sherwood park sleep country at all costs. Fort Saskatchewan was amazing to deal with though!

Update: I emailed them after the response to my review. They said they would contact me regarding it, as they sent my info to the manager Vaughn. Told me he would contact me within a day or two. Well it’s been 3 weeks and no response. So up stays my review. Enjoy Sleep Country Sherwood Park. I hope this saves someone else the headache of this place.

Great staff, went in just to price out a bed with no intention to buy right away. Unlike other places, the staff was great asked questions about what I was looking for and then let me try out different mattresses to see which one was best for me. Even went and found me the best price they could give me if I wanted it that day. When I said no, there was no pressure just said okay and said if I came back when I was ready to purchase they would still do what they could to get me the lowest price for what I wanted. I really like the fact that there was no pressure to make me buy something, they also gave me alternatives that would work for me if money was an issue. Will definitely go back when I am ready to purchase my new bed.
