Trent was FABULOUS to work with, and made my experience a dream! He even personally called me a few days before delivery to make sure I knew what to expect. 5 star service! I can’t wait to have my mattress delivered for a good nights sleep! Would love to shop here again

Went into this Sleep Country location to try out new pillows and exchange an unopened/unused pillow.

Initially I ordered two identical pillows from Sleep Country online for my husband and I, and since we knew their policy was that a pillow could only be returned if unused and unopened, we only opened one pillow to each try and ensure we liked it. I immediately did not like the pillow, but my husband did so we kept the one opened pillow and opted to exchange our unopened one.

Upon entering the store I was browsing through the pillows and was approached by a staff member, Trent. I explained my situation to Trent, to which he immediately began rolling his eyes and started raising his voice towards me and refusing to complete the exchange saying things like "Why should I even believe you? " "No, you read the policy wrong then", etc.

Confused and aware that Trent was becoming angry, I opted to remove myself and my baby from the store and said that I would not further inconvenience him and step outside to call customer service as they would be much more helpful in this situation.

I phoned customer service outside of the store, to which they responded that exchanging an unopened pillow is a policy that has been in place for years and that I could do this without any trouble at all. They then said if I was comfortable to reenter, the best thing to do would be to try pillows to ensure I'd be getting the best one for me.

I then re-entered the store with my husband, a very kind employee came to help us and was great. Before I could explain my situation to him, Trent spoke over us and said "Whatever, just put it through so we don't have to deal with this".

The other employee in the store proceeded to help us and was so kind. However Trent had to finalize the exchange and spent the entire time rolling his eyes and not speaking with us even though I felt an apology was much deserved.

Upon receiving my receipt I said that it's always free to be kind and thanked them both for completing the transaction. Trent said nothing back and rolled his eyes at me again.

Trent's behaviour was unwarranted, belittling, and degrading. As a woman it's embarrassing to feel that I need my husband to accompany me in a store where customers of all kinds should be treated with kindness. While I understand everyone has bad days and maybe this was one for him, every person deserves respect and I will never be shopping with Sleep Country again.

Went in to look for a mattress today after previously being approved for financing. Marina was amazing and went above and beyond for me. I told her what I was looking for and she gave me a wide variety of options. She showed me some of the more expensive ones and when I told her I didn’t like them as much as one up front she didn’t try and push me on a product I didn’t want. She helped me pick out the perfect mattress and even told me I can pick it up at the distraction center today. I got it home and am absolutely thrilled with it. She did an amazing job and highly recommend dealing with her for all of your mattress needs. Marina is great at what she does and you can tell she cares more about the customers needs than anything else.

Me and my friend went in to look for purple pillows and some egotistical worker told us to stop touching the beds/pillows, and stood there and watched, I said “ guess he doesn’t want us here” and while we were walking out he flipped us off, then we came back and wanted to talk to a manager and practically got chased out and down the stairs by an angry bald man, he took pictures of us and called security. We tried to call them and have a conversation but he called us little brats and hung up. I would not recommend for anybody to come buy a mattress from the store ever!

Always want to find a comfortable bed with reasonable prices, we are waiting for a month to purchase a bed if sale is on then. We will let you know whrn making a decision.

We likely will not shop at Sleep Country again. We purchased a higher end mattress, protector and base from one location. The salesperson made several recommendations. This mattress is great/soft/supportive - “just what she has”. This mattress cover is wonderful - “just what she has”. Does it make a lot of noise, like crinkling plastic, I ask. “No, not at all, not this one” was the reply. When we received the mattress it was extremely hard. Not what we wanted. It has been a month and one of us has yet to last more than 4 hours on it a night. I contacted chat, and they said that it has to be broken in. “Oh, you got the Hewett? Yes, that will really take some time to break in. Maybe walk or roll on it for a while. ” So we did. But after a month, it is still not something we can live with for as long as it might take to actually break it in. So we decided to exchange it, and yes, are thankful for the 100 day sleep guarantee. Kudos to Sleep Country for standing behind their sales. But today we went and were helped to pick a replacement. We were directed to a couple different models, both “the top of the line” for the two respective manufacturers. We decided on the “top of the line” Purple 3 … only to discover when we got home that there is actually a Purple 4 model - carried by Sleep Country - which is ACTUALLY the top of the line model for Purple. That left a bad taste in our mouths. Not because we need the best & brightest model, but because it was just one more … untruth … told to us by the salespeople at two separate locations. In future, we would look elsewhere, and gently steer our family and kids elsewhere as well.

EDIT to add: In case someone needs to hear this.if you do an exchange, be prepared for a hard sell to take another customers' returned item. For a great deal. And they'll probably offer to throw in a mattress protector. I understand WHY they do this, obviously, but we didn't know this going in, and this info would have been helpful to know ahead of time.

Lots of products to choose from but the salesman was a little pushy (and we were just seeing what's available/prices) and when he heard that.his tune changed! So if you go too that spot.be ready to buy for best experience. Great beds though

Me and my partner came in and were immediately told by the salesperson in a very rude way to put away our small covered coffee. We were very clear from the beginning that we were there to just look and see the prices, not to purchase at this time as we were just visiting. However the salesperson kept pushing and pushing us to tell him when we are going to buy and what our budget was. After he had asked us several times, we finally told him very clearly that "NO, we are not buying anything today", he almost instantly just said "okay bye" turned and walked away and sat somewhere else in the shop. It almost felt like a practical joke. Barely any help was offered when we asked questions, and frankly, the few answers he had were not helpful at all.

The store was completely empty, so it's not like he had anything better to do. One of my worst service experiences ever.

The sales person, John, knew exactly the type of bed needed and introduced it to us. He was never very pushy and never pushed the more expensive beds that were available. He showed us the most suitable but basic and then just explained the difference between the more pricier ones. And had said, the one he introduced was sufficient for our needs unless we like cooler beds etc.

He provide great info and gave impression that he really believed what he told us. He wasn't a sales person making a sale but a person who cares that the customer he sells to is happy with what they get. I will always get my beds from Sleep Country!

Friendly service, good recommendations of mattresses. Offers single use sheet for lying/testing out the mattresses safely.

Im not happy at all with the pillows. I walked into the store and asked the rep which pillows is best for 6 and 7 years old. He said one that is flat and recommend the one they have. I took his advise and bought 2 along with protective sheets. It’s been 4 weeks now and my kids can’t use the pillows because they are too high for them and of course I couldn’t return because it’s not returnable. What a waste of $200+. I won’t be shopping here again.

Initially, the installation of the new platform was absolutely unacceptable. Bolts weren’t used properly and were loose. The legs were loose and (bolts out towards the wall, potentially to hit, scratch and damage the bedroom wall to mount headboard) Only four bolts were used to mount headboard (Eight bolts were required) After the 2 guys left, my wife and I looked at the “job “ and it was absolutely unacceptable and we didn’t think we could use the bed. We called Sleep Country’s help line and lodged a complaint
We received a visit from one of the techs who initially came the day before, the next day, but as I was sleeping after a night shift, my wife asked if he could return the next day. Two techs returned the next day (Monday) and redid the job. They did an excellent job the second time around. Everything was as it should be and we have full use of the bed again.
So all in all, it took 2 visits to correct the mistakes and it worked out in the end. One complaint I do have is that on neither service call did either of the techs use masks or face coverings. This needs to addressed but that’s on the people from Sleep Country to educate their contractors. After a year of COVID I’m quite sure this is a requirement. My wife didn’t force the issue but I certainly would have, had I been present.
Sleep Country has been great with sales and service other than this one incident. We recommend them to people regularly and hope they’ll be around for many years to come.

If I could do 0 stars I would. RUDE salespeople that work on commission. Walked in to be greeted by 3 staff who immediately walked away when stated we were looking for pillows. Then when chose on our own and tried to pay, one salesperson told us he was busy then proceeded to walk towards brand new customersthat just walked in. We walked out, and will not support this franchise.

Got my slate mattress a year ago and decided to upgrade my pillows. Super friendly staff who let me try a bunch of pillows to find the perfect fit while also adding in some bonuses for being a return customer

Not satisfied with their delivery service.after waiting for almost 20 days, I have to call and ask and then they say 10 days more.finally i had to cancel the order after waiting for more than 20 days

Not happy with my purchase cuz that sell person didn't say i have no chance for return or trade so i basically wasted my money
