Bought a mattress that we've slept on just over a year and body impressions are nearly, but not quite the 1.5 inches they require to honor their 10 year warranty. The mattress now hurts our backs and we'll have to replace it. Of course logic would say, that if after 1 year of use the impressions are nearly 1.5 inches, it'll definitely be 1.5 inches or more well within the warranty period. The point and common sense would say that the mattress is obviously breaking down and should be replaced. Terrible customer service.

Update: I emailed Sleep Country per their response below and they have done nothing. By their response they want to publicly show they care and want to fix things, but in reality, so far it is just that, a show.

D'Arcy (the salesman) was so pleasant to deal with! Give that man a raise! After my boyfriend and i walked around and asked him a million questions about a million different things for over 45minutes he was so helpful the whole time. Whats more is after we were almost done making our selections on a few bed frames and headboards we decided to veto everything and buy just one really nice bed instead. He still kept it within our budget and he was seriously the best. He treated us as if we were family.

Don't buy here!
Went there for a new bed and gave the sales rep my address. When he read it back to me it was correct. The delivery date he read back was also correct but 3 days prior was called by the delivery team confirming my delivery for that day. I reminded them that it wasn't that day and was instead to be delivered later in the week. They said ok. The following day I received another call from them confirming the delivery. I again reminded them of the delivery date.
When it came to the delivery day they called and said that no one was there.they had the wrong address.
Finally they get it together and arrive at the right place on the righe day. The team leader said I had an outstanding balance of $700 which was also incorrect because I had paid in full already. So they then asked for $105.
The 105 was for them keeping the mattress on the truck for those days they got wrong. I worked for the delivery company before and they should have corrected the paper work and removed the mattress. I called the head office in Sherwood park and was told everything would be sorted out. Its been months and it is still not sorted.

The salesperson was super friendly and found Exactly what we were looking for. Can't wait to get it home in less than 48 hours.so fast!
