Sleep Country Canada

Picked up a couple pillows today. Adam was pleasant, knowledgeable and great to deal with. I called first with a couple questions and he was very polite. Glad I called and glad I went in. Hope I have a goodnight sleep tonight with my new pillow!

I bought an adjustable bed base. The salesman was great. He was Informative and no pressure but everything else was horrible. The delivery people scratched my stairs, and the adjustable bed base didn’t work. They put the legs on wrong. They left and sleep country sent other delivery people, who put the base together properly but it still didn’t work. I called and emailed sleep country. I waited 2 days. I got a call from a technician who told me he could get things working in 3 minutes. I followed step by step directions and the base still didn’t work. They arranged for a new base to be sent. This took 2 more weeks. The new delivery people were polite but they scratched my flooring again. I sent before and after pictures to sleep country. No one contacted me. At least the new adjustable bed works but my flooring is ruined.

I would recommend this store. Jack was friendly and informative. Didn't pressure us and walked us through the various bed options. We revisited the store a few more times to ensure we liked our choice. Only hiccup was our order got mixed up with another customers so we received the wrong one. A quick call to the store and the correct one was delivered to our place later that day. There are probably cheaper mattress stores in Calgary but we liked the fact SC has been in business for so long and we won't have any problems if the mattress has a warranty issue.
