BUYER BEWARE we purchased a pillow at another location but we are closer to this one so we called and ask if we could return the pillow because we had just bought it today for over 100$ and it was already falling apart and loose threads we were unhappy but very nice and understanding with the fact that we were told no returns unless defective etc on there website it says you have 30 days to do a return as long as it’s not used or open overall I will never buy from this company again because of the rude staff member we had talked with today December 16 at 4pm, we ended up calling another location and they were way better and said not a problem come in for a return. I caution anyone to be very buyer aware that certain stores don’t allow returns on items so make sure the product you get it good before you walk out. Not to mention the sales people here seem to only want to make a sale not caring about the wellness of someone’s sleep.

Very happy with the Customer service and sales at sleep country 130 ave. We do not like our first mattress that they sold to us and they did let us exchange it later on according to their policy.

Will be buying there again.

Edward Davis was great. Phoned him prior to us showing up and when we arrived he was able to show us all the available options for pick up today. He called the warehouse and made sure it was available and ready.
