Ask for Robb! Had a great experience yesterday with Robb we shopped around at another store, decided to stop in here and Robb gave us the 5 star experience. Was friendly & knowledgeable.you can tell he has years of experience and knows his stuff. No pressure sales he gave us the perfect balance of time alone to look and being nearby to answer questions or guide us towards the mattress type we were looking for. He was able to secure us a deal and delivery was even available quite quickly. Very happy thank you Robb!

I purchased a purple mattress with as is conditions. During delivery it got ripped. The two gentleman at sleep county (Steven and Rob) were very helpful to make sure it was addressed. I offered to pay for the price difference for brand new because the mattress was as is. They replaced the mattress at no cost. I really appreciated their quick response and I have bought many times from them before.

They do not deserve even one star!
I went this morning to buy a bed (adjustable), there was middle age man, with mustache. In the middle of my sentence, he left me to answer his cellphone, I could not believe it!
I just left, very disappointing experience!

The rudest man on the phone. I had purchased a bed 10 years ago and I was calling because I wanted to purchase the same bed again. The man on the phone was rude and cut me off saying he had real customers in the store and hung up on me. I was calling to actually replace my old mattress. With such poor customer service, I will give my business to another mattress store.
