Great service and Sleep Country staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the various products. He was patient and answered all my questions competently.

Went in to purchase a softer mattress than the one we had. Robert Larose walked us through different technologies and was very patient in answering our questions, and listening to our concerns. We purchased an Adapt Teal Temper pedic. Delivery was on time as promised and seamless. We would highly recommend this location. Thanks for the all round excellent customer service.

Went in for a small purchase (a pillow) and were greeted a few minutes after we started browsing. It was very busy and only two sales associates were on the floor. Rob L.came back to ask what we were browsing for and suggested recommendations as well as the chance to try the pillow we were interested in. He was juggling multiple customers but his customer service was still great, knowledgeable and patient. Thanks for all your help!:)

Was initially hesitant to buy from a mattress store as I was expecting a very pushy sales man. Not at all, the gentlemen who helped me out was very knowledge and helpful. He did not push me to buy anything but offered great options and information to help me make my purchase. More importantly, he wasn’t hovering around me the whole time while making my decision. He also was able to get me a discount from their Edmonton warehouse. Very pleased with my experience! Would recommend this place to get a mattress if you’re looking for a new one.

The products that Sleep Country offers are satisfactory as other outlets carry the same brands. We were at Sleep Country on 2 occasions, the first time we purchased 2 beds with other accessories totaling close to $4,000. The next day we went back hoping to purchase another bed (a King size which would cost about $7,000-$8,000) with the same sales agent. We walked in the store looking for the same sales rep, the gentlemen was busy with another customer. So we waited (looked around), after some 15 min no one when recognized the we were their. No one said "I am with someone right now but I will be with you as soon as I am done". This simple message would at least recognized we were there and waiting but nope, nothing. After we left the store within 5 mins I received a phone call from the same sales agent at the store that served us the previous day. He called me by name and begin to ask what he could help me with (after my wife and I already left). Now, what good is it now that we have left? A simple "I will be right with you as soon as I am done" with another customer was all that is needed.

After buying dozens of pillows by just squeezing them in the dept.store and them not being comfortable after a couple months, I tried Sleep Country and have found the best pillow I've had in a very long time! The sales associate was extremely helpful as he walked me through an evaluation of 7 or 8 pillows to find the right one for me. Thank you Sleep Country.loving my sleep

The store had sufficient COVID protocols in place, including liners for both the mattress and pillows that we tested. Alfonso, the wonderful gentleman that helped us was initially with another customer, but greeted us and came to help us when he was finished.

The overall experience was extremely helpful. We started off testing the baseline "soft, medium and firm" mattresses to get an idea of what we preferred. He asked us how we normally sleep to determine the firmness that would be most suitable for us. He then asked us our budget, which we appreciated. I initially said "somewhere in the middle", but the mattress we liked was still somewhat over our planned budget. When I told Alfonso, he didn't try to upsell us or pressure us into something we cannot afford. He showed us a mattress within our budget and explained the differences between that one and the previous one we liked. We decided on the lower priced one.

He also helped us find the perfect pillows. We've been buying pillows from other retailers and have always felt unsatisfied as they would go flat or lose their loft. We've had the new mattress and pillows for about a week now and have never slept better, both of which never got too hot at night as promised.

The delivery process was great and easily arranged. They called on the date we decided on and they gave us a 3 hour delivery window, in which they arrived right in the middle of. The mattress was moved to the room we specified, and they took away the garbage and packaging.

Overall, great service and experience from beginning to end. Nothing to complain about and would certainly recommend.

They don't stand behind their products. I Had bought a Sealy king mattress from Sleep Country and after 3 years, it sagged in one side. It's like the mattress is inclined to one side. Submitted a claim through the warranty portal and they asked for several pictures. Pictures clearly show the mattress is not even (more than 1.6" sag in one side) but because the sag is not in the middle (that's a king bed, people usually lay down on two sides of this type of mattress and not in the middle!) they refused the claim. This is extremely disappointing.

The staff was very knowledgeable. They were very patient and did a great job explaining the differences between the different pillows we tired. They did a great job guiding us to pick the right pillows to help us get our best sleep!

After going to a couple of places to look for a mattress we were really happy with the result here. The biggest challenge in the other places is they are commission based and it showed. The way the followed us to sell is on something we didn't want was horrible. Those experiences made sleep country stand out because they told what we needed to know and stuck around if we had questions but we were able to make the decision.

I bought two mattresses from this store. The second mattress started to sag after only two weeks. The customer service phone line was horrible. I almost gave up and decided to never go to Sleep Country again. The sales team at the store and the district manager (Cole I think was his name) really went above and beyond to make things right. I will now be a loyal customer at this store for all my sleeping needs. Great job Sleep Country at Country Hills. Very nice to see such impressive customer service from all team members.

Worst after-purchase customer service ever! They don't provide 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed after the purchase. Greedy salesman there only care about the commission and after you make the purchase it's tough luck. Everyone should just buy online. They have better deals than in store and you don't have to deal with the greedy salesman. Even paying for a simple item takes forever b/c if one of the salesman talks to you, he claims dibs and the other salesman won't even talk to you afterwards. You end up having to wait to pay, (if that salesman was still helping another customer out earlier) even though there are other salesman not doing anything because they won't get the commission for it so they don't want do a simple 2 mins check out process. How much commission can you make from a $40 purchase!? !?

Best place to buy a new bed.good selection, decent prices and friendly, knowledgeable staff. What more could one ask for in a retailer? Sweet dreams Sleep Country!

After purchasing what we thought was a great mattress here we are extremely disappointed. About 4.5 yrs into owning our $2000 mattress we could feel it not supporting us anymore- waking up sore and achy. With life being hectic we weren’t able to follow up on our “warranty” until about a year later. We provided the description about how this mattress sags ALOT with our body weight on it- disclosure we are fit people and not overweight. However with a broomstick and measuring tape the sag with no body weight doesn’t meet the greater then 1.5” warranty.
Okay so it doesn’t matter how much it sags while laying on it when this is supposed to be a high support mattress? !
If you have to replace a mattress 5 yrs later regardless of the cost- go somewhere else for a cheaper mattress expecting to replace it anyways after 5-6yrs! Highly disappointed will not use sleep country again. Customer service and “warranties” mean nothing these days.

I went in today hoping to price match for a boxspring from Best Buy and was told they couldn’t honour their Price match guarantee/beat the price by 5% because the price that I wanted them to price match was too low apparently the price was below cost and they wouldn’t honour their policy

It's the second mattress I buy here. I would never buy a mattress somwhere else. Jason and Bram always make the experience of financing and purchasing seamless.

It's good place for mattresses but recently found out that in warranty replacement, they don't provide piece of mind to change the mattress type if you don't feel comfortable with the new one, in my case, even though they didn't have exact matching mattress. Weird.

I have bought all my beds, bedding and pillows from SleepCpuntry since I was 14 and people like Jason are why. I had bought my second set of Bamboo sheets 3 years ago, and a hole ripped threw them. Which it should not have because my set that is 4 years older is still in great shape. Jason was so knowledgeable and kind, he knew immediately that it wasn't right and that they should have lasted longer. They were outside of warranty so I didn't expect much help, but Jason went over and beyond to make them a bit more affordable for me, because he knew the product should have lasted longer.

No matter how big SleepCountry gets I always feel like family when I visit and know I am in good hands and they always stand behind their product.

Your what? The staff are good at what they do. They will lay you out on all of the different beds until you find something that you like. They are also good at trying to get you to buy the most expensive bed from the ones that you like. I recommend going here if you are looking for a mattress. I also recommend that you stick to your budget and by your pillows and linens somewhere else.
