I personally felt very uncomfortable in this store’s environment. Myself and several other mature women were harassed while in store, and were berated by an older male whilst we were browsing. He asked us how old we were and then continued to follow us around until we felt too uncomfortable and had to leave. Last time I checked this is Sleep COUNTRY, and Canada is a FREE country. Tisk tisk tisk. Very unimpressed.

This is my first time to shop with Sleep country, happy to pay for a pillow and received an used one after unboxing, pillor cover have some scratches and there is a hair on it. You guys are disgusting and I know you have 100 days promise guarantee returnable policy but your staff never check it before handing it over to customer. Will never come back.

Walked in with a budget, worked with the sales associate who was very pleasant, polite and found the most comfortable set at a price I won't have nightmares over, lol, comfortable atmosphere, and walked out with a delivery date within the same week. What's not to like.

Dealt with Rob and Ryan. Got excellent service and advice, and they hooked us up with a great deal on a floor model. Was able to put a refundable deposit down while we did some cost Co.parison research. Not only did Sleep country end up having the best price, they offer 100 day guarantee, they can deliver next week, and offer free delivery and old mattress removal. Most of the other stores we called didn't answer, and the ones that did had a way worse selection, charged for delivery, had a 4 week wait, and no guarantee. Definitely recommend this store.

Amazing customer service
Jimmy, the sales associate, helped me to find exactly what i was looking for in few minutes. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had two bad experiences with sleep country in the last few years with couple bad quality mattresses but this one is the best I have had. I told Jimmy about the description of my twin mattress i have for few years and asked him to help me get something one in queen since that specific one is discontinued. He found me the exact quality and even this one is more advanced.

Excellent service. Chose a mattress that proved to be uncomfortable and was able to replace it with no hassle whatsoever, and even replaced it at a different store from which I made the original purchase. It arrived sooner than expected and was delivered immediately after that. Great hassle free service. Plenty of mattresses to choose from too. I highly recommend Sleep Country.

Ryan was probably one of the nicest and least pushy sales professionals I have ever interacted with. I also love the fact that sleep country stocks all Canadian brands and the deal we got was unbelievable. Thanks Ryan, and thank you Sleep Country on 17th!

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. They will lie to you in order to make a sale. They told us what we were buying came as a package all together as one part, when they delievered only half of what they told us came. We called and told them that if they did not come together we didnt want it and requested a refund and they will not give our money back! It has taken them over 4 days to even respond and we have been sleeping on the couch because they took our old mattress. Jimmy was our sales guy and he lied and said "he never told us it came together". When I explained why we thought it did he yelled at us and told us "he had no idea why we thought they would come as one". WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK

I bought a box spring with Ryan (salesperson) and it was supposed to arrive in the next week. Prior to the agreed day, the delivery called me to reschedule for 1 more week. Next day, Ryan called me, apologized for the delay and offered me a solution for the next day! THis is an Example of great customer service from this store and the salesperson!

Ryan is indeed fantastic. We bought a tempurpedic and he was incredibly helpful, accommodating and we left feeling really good after the whole experience. Would never go to any other mattress store again!

I purchased a mattress about a month ago, I didn’t like it so I exchanged it. I clearly had a bit of a “goldilocks” moment and didn’t like the second mattress either so I went back for another exchange. (To be clear, Sleep Country’s policy states that you are allowed one exchange, however upon calling customer service I was granted one more.)
Ryan was the salesperson I worked with every step of the way. His knowledge is incredible, he makes the process of buying a mattress easy and pressure free. I would recommend this store to anyone solely based on the professionalism and friendliness of Ryan!

While it was nice to try out some mattresses, the prices sure turned me off.
Especially with the sales assistant who did not seem to have a clue how to help me find the right mattresses or ask the right questions.
Online with 120 day return options it will be instead!

Stuart went above and beyond to find us the perfect bed we were looking for. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service we received as I have never been to a sleep country before.

Ryan is just as amazing as all the reviews say he is.i came in and he heard my needs and knew exactly what to show me that was in my budget.he got me a good deal on a mattress and cover as well as the pillow deal.wasnt pushy at all, very knowledgable.got me thru the process quickly but didnt rush me.idk what the other reviewer was talking about "probably dont have it" theyre a showroom they dont keep stock lol despite that im getting my delivery very soon, i ordered the mattress two days ago.will definitely recommend to others.

The sales associate Ryan was all about getting us the right bed near our price range. To be honest I was not expecting to get that quality of bed for what we paid. Free delivery, too. He deserves an 100 star rating in my eyes! We both are now sleeping so well now I couldn’t have dreamed of sleeping this well. Such a true professional salesman with a kind heart.

The staff Amazing, however the store isn't for everyone. If you need something right then and there there's a good chance that you can't get it. Also there's no "low end" options, so if you're interested in something cheap and quick you won't find it here. They have beautiful floor displays and plenty of selection to choose from just not what I needed at that time

We dealt with Ryan and he was excellent. He was knowledgeable, nice, not pushy and helpful. We did a mattress exchange after trying it for a few weeks and he made it smooth and easy.

Phenomenal service from Ryan. Made a large, stressful purchase seem like we were buying a pair of sneakers. We came in ten minutes before close and he didn't seem to mind at all and assured us we could take our time. Carefully explained details regarding the warranty to ensure that if there was anything wrong down the road, the warranty would take care of the issue. Terrific customer service experience all-around. We've been to other locations and Ryan's service made this experience was far more positive than the others.
