Andrea was great to work with! She is very easy to talk to and is extremely helpful with all of your sleep questions. We had great success with her program. I would highly recommend working with her!

Before Andrea, my daughter was still waking up 2-3 times a night for bottle feeds, and barely nap during the day. She would be so overtired, that she would refuse to sleep and just cry. Her terrible sleeping patterns resulting in poor eating, and would eat minimal puree foods, and just want a bottle.
Luckily, after a program and schedule was put in place, within 2 days, we saw a HUGE improvement in my daughter's sleep. She had proper nap times, and actually napped. She is now sleeping through the night, and sometimes may wake up 1 time for a feed. And now that she is sleeping well, she is eating AMAZING.
Not only is my daughter soooo much happier, but I am more of a human and enjoying my time being a mom to two little ones!

When I contacted Chelsea my 8 month old son was taking 2 short naps and was staying awake in the middle of the night for up to 2 hours. This had been occurring on and off for over 2 months and we were exhausted. Chelsea is such a great resource, she got back to be promptly and provided me with suggestions to help improve my son's sleep. She was very supportive and offered multiple tips that I could use depending on my comfort. Within 2 weeks my son had lengthened his naps and slept through the night! I would highly recommend Chelsea's sleep consulting services!

My little one entered the four month sleep regression with a vengeance but after following Chelsea's sleep plan for only a few days we began to see significant improvements! We're so grateful for the tips and support she provided to us throughout the whole experience.

Becoming a mom was definitely more then what I expected. Never did I think I could look into a pair of eyes and love someone so unconditionally. All the parenting tips, books I’ve read and advice from other parents just seemed to go out the window when my son would snuggle in beside me to sleep. I loved it. We co slept till he turned 9 months old. I knew it was a habit I was going to have to eventually kick.but how?
We started crib transitioning but he would wake up 6-8 times a night. Screaming. Even walking into his room was a battle.
No one was getting any sleep in this house. After literally the works sleep week of my life (4hrs total for the week) I hit rock bottom. But my best friends little girls was turning two, so I sucked it up and we went to the birthday party. Best thing I ever did! I was surrounded but other moms and they were offering advice.

Chelsea got back to me the next day and we set up a home visit. She was wonderful. Came to the house on a Sunday, walked around my sons room giving advice on little things for us to make changes too. I felt a small amount of relief just from the visit. She asked us a bunch of questions and how my husband and I felt about certain parenting styles. And what we were comfortable with.
By Wednesday I had my sleeping tips and rules. She suggested I start on a Friday so that my husband and I are both home to tag team our new sleeping routine. However my husband got called out of town for work, so I bit the bullet and started on Thursday.
The first few nights were a struggle, but Chelsea helped me through it. So supportive and helpful with making some adjustments. I never felt alone.
Almost 3 weeks after meeting Chelsea, my son no long cries when we put him to bed for naps or for the night. He’s sleeping 7pm-7am every night. And even naps aren’t a fight anymore.
