We recently took possession of our new townhouse in Aspen Spring  by Slokker Homes. I am very pleased with them.    Just like any other new homes,   there were few minor deficiencies as the new house is settling, the Slokker warranty team did an excellent job fixing and touching up and the end result is great!   We also  purchased another unit in their phase 2 project Elkwood and I can tell from our experience that our phase 2 is in good hands.  I have no hesitation recommending them to family and friends.

All of our hopes for this townhouse have been surpassed. My wife and I recently made the decision to purchase a Slokker Home, and it has a functional layout and acceptable overall quality. They were surprisingly inexpensive when compared to the costs of everything else that we looked into and considered.

I adored my Griesbach home! It had abundant light, perfect for my thriving plants. The design was cleverly optimized, making the space truly fantastic.
