Smart Clinic

Been going here for over a year now. The staff here truly care, and go out of their way to ensure the best care. I never make appointments, always do a walk-in as I drive in from out of the city, and I've never been there for more then an hour. I just choose smart times to go as to not wait hours on end like some other reviews?
Dr. Khosa saved my life when my father passed, he's an extremely intelligent, empathetic and caring individual, who you can tell became a physician for all the right reasons.
They listen to what you have to say, provide honest feedback or advice, and at the end of the day they do what you ask of them (within reason) I'm so lucky to have found a Family Doctor within Calgary that is top notch, and respectful.
Thank you everyone at Smart Clinic, you've changed my life for the better while making me feel "normal"

Today, I went to Smart Client and received a Vitamin IV infusion. Dr. Simran provided me with an excellent service and I had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and showed that they truly cared about my well-being. After the treatment, my body felt more hydrated and my immunity was boosted. Additionally, I noticed that my skin had become healthier.

This clinic helped me out tremendously at first. But lately the administration staff has been making some dangerous mistakes with prescriptions. Multiple times prescription has been sent to wrong pharmacy or not sent at all on Fridays so I'm left all weekend without any medication. And just recently I've been telling them time and time again I'm going on my honeymoon to Asia for a month and I need a month supply, and what happens? They prescribe me a month supply but it's DISPENSE BI WEEKLY. So that right there absolutely ruined my honeymoon and put me in a very very dangerous position. I have so much respect for the doctors as they work non stop and care alot about patients, but unfortunately that's not the case with the administration staff. Keep this in mind when coming here. Things are hard, I get it but something like this is truly unacceptable and needs to be corrected

We booked an appointment for 2pm on a Thursday afternoon.
After waiting 45 mins we inquired about wait time. We were told, just a few more mins.
We weren’t seen until 3 pm. No reason or any warning was given. A gentleman who arrived 15 mins after us, was taken in after waiting 15 mins.
When we approached the administrators they explained that they were not informed by the folks that referred us, seems we weren’t either.
They could see we were frustrated and were unbelievably understanding & patient.
The doctor & nurse team were also incredible as well as the pharmacy team.
Would highly recommend them. Absolutely great service.

I've had troubles being an alcoholic and a mother during the pedantic has got me being more miserable, but since seeing them has helped me. I had a friend who told me about them because she wanted me to feel better. So I went.stuff are nice and docs are very understandable. The man who counseled me was very caring.things he told me I didn't understand but coming home I realized what he said. They are here to help me but not only me even others. They do care.

I have known the some of the staff, pharmacists and physicians for quite some time and they are amazing, kind and helpful! They are always willing to chat and be there for their clients.

The clinic was great and the staff is very helpful. Really good environment and I will definitely be coming back for all my medical needs.

Dr. Khosa is great! I am very happy with my experience here and am happy to have found such a great doctor to be my family doctor. He genuinely cares, is kind and spends the time necessary with you to cover your issues appropriately. I have been treated with much respect and have never felt judged which means a lot to me because I have often been harshly judged by other medical staff in the past. Thank you Dr. Khosa!

This place has changed my life, from the start when I arrived the staff were friendly inviting and professional, throughout my treatment I was supported every step of the way by the therapists and others in treatment, great facilities & Very clean. Would strongly recommend. Doesn’t have a Clinic vibe as it very homely so felt comfortable.

Incredible clinic. I'm a new patient there, and have been nothing but impressed so far. Caring team, innovative approach, and truly expert.

In particular, if you are struggling with mental health issues, my experience there was unlike any other I have ever had with a family doctor. They KNOW mental health.and its complexity when it comes to adequate care.

Cannot recommend this place enough.
