Smashburger

It was an ok burger. Place was empty and smokey inside. Didn't have any Chipotle mayo for the sweet potato fries which Ive never seen anywhere. All in all.ok.

I was leery because of some reviews, but my curiosity got the better of me.

I got a double Bacon smashburger and I didn't regret it!

Over priced and not good. Went there yesterday and ordered smash burger, smash fries, and smash tots. The fries and tots tasted freezer burnt and very stale and old. They were so bad we couldn't get through them. The burger tasted greasy and had no real flavor.

23 dollars for a the burger, fries, tots and a drink. Best to take your money to Wendy's up the road.

We've had smash burger in MacKenzie town and that one was better.

I've been 3 times now and every visit has been delicious and fresh. Food is made-to-order and the food is worth the price.

I ordered the Truffle Mushroom Swiss Burger and Smash Tater Tots - $20 later and my burger is dry as a bone and not enough Truffle Mayonnaise could make it better. The Smash Tater Tots were good but only half of the container it came in was filled. For the amount you pay, it should've been full or even overflowing - like Five Guys! I called the restaurant to complain and they told me to call DoorDash. Wait, what? It's the food that's a problem, not the delivery! Then I was told the manager would call me back and it's been 2hrs and no call yet! This was my first and last time ordering Smashburger! Don't waste your money!

Went Thursday May 11 around 9 pm. Great burger and fries. But the girl who took our order was very welcoming.she brought us our order and cleaned up after us. I was not expecting that from a fast food place. Well done. Only thing I would reccamend is the owner re upolster the booths. Duck tape is a quick day fix but it traps dirt and germs. That's all.

Finally a good burger. After spending a week on a vacation, and eating at many different places, and many different dishes, it is nice to find a good burger.
It is a chain, so you would expect consistent quality, that I have found so far chain wide.

I ordered a double truffle burger but I received only one patty in my burger so disappointed

Tried Classic Single with the side of fries, very expensive but worth it. Very fresh and juicy patty. Good customer service. Overall good experience

I’m not a big burger fan so I wasn’t sure what to expect coming into it but I was satisfied with my orders from here. The burgers were all good and fresh, though the truffle mushroom Swiss burger doesn’t have many mushrooms on it to the point it’s hardly noticeable. But the burger itself was really good, I have also tried the normal smash burger and the brisket burgers and but were also good and the brisket burger stood out it was slightly smoky and tender. I’ve also tried some of the dips/sauces and they are good too. The smash fries are decent, the fries themselves are not that good but the garlic and rosemary makes them decent. The fried pickles here are probably the worst I’ve ever had, Harvey’s had way better in terms of quality, breading and price. They were like little slices that were half deep fried, overly salty and gross. The milkshakes are pretty good but are almost way to expensive to get if I’m already getting something else here. It’s definitely quite expensive here so it’s not something I get often. But overall the burgers are pretty good

Had the beef single bacon smash, was very tasty! Beats McDonald's any day. Fries were good too. My boyfriend had the crispy chicken burger and found it overly salty though

Both the fries and burgers were super extra greasy. I know it's fast food but it was a bit un-enjoyably greasy. It was pretty darned high priced. The person I was with got a $10 milkshake. They didn't notice the price before they ordered. Lol. Needless to say, they didn't feel it was worth $10.

We stopped in here after getting our Christmas photos done on December 22nd at around 6: 15. The staff were so friendly and nice, and boy howdy is this place clean! Extremely thankful for the staff cooking us such delicious burgers; and the smash tots were to die for! They even boiled some hot water for us as we have a baby who needed a bottle warmed up! Whatever these two lovely ladies here are making is not enough! Thank you both for such a wonderful experience:)

Smashburger makes delicious burgers. Although at this visit I ordered deep fried pickles after telling the staff that I could not eat eggs. Staff put the order through and didn't tell me about the eggs until after it was delivered to our table.

Burger was a little too salty for me. And bacon was under cooked. But the service and fries were good. They really need to redo the booths.

Cashier refused to offer us a free milkshake even though we had qualified, we asked for a refund so we could order the exact same items but in the way she said we had to and she said they don’t do refunds at all? Seems as tho she didn’t want to deal with making it
