Not only that my supposed 10 month treatment is lingering over years but when I complained about a procedure taking too long and causing unnecessary pain by one staff, I’ve been told by Dr. Badawi that I was disrespectful. And I’m also certain that I wouldn’t be talked like that and my concern would be taken seriously if I wasn’t a woman. At this stage I don’t believe that treatment in this place really intends to correct the bite but is rather designed to last years to get more money. Therefore I wouldn’t recommend this place. There is also very little communication between here and dentists, orthodontists especially if you are going through other treatments. This especially makes it challenging when one needs more critical treatments but need to wait for these due to the lack of communication from Dr. Badawi.

Was looking for the next best thing to Invisalign and I found it here. This is way way better not a thing attached to your teeth. This has surpassed what I was looking for. My teeth are straight after 16 weeks and the Dr.made me feel very comfortable by showing me a 3D video of what will be happening. I can't believe how far I am along compared to my friends that went a different route. I sing Dr Badawi's praises every time I get the chance. This is the best place to get your teeth straightened in Calgary and I bet in Canada.

I had my braces done here 8 years ago and it was an amazing experience throughout. (We had scoured the city, went in for countless consultations and thankfully chose Smile Elements). I called in today and was helped by Emily who went above and beyond to solve my inquiry. Once again I am so pleasantly surprised by just how amazing the service and expertise of Smile Elements is, consistently one of the best providers I have ever had the privilege of being a customer of. Thank you so much Emily!

Love this place. Fast, efficient and accommodate u when needed. Their technology is amazing!
