Smitty's Family Restaurant and Lounge

If you're going to go to a restaurant like this.skip Dennys and most ihops and just come here to smittys, at least you get a bit better quality for your same money.

We did eat, and we did not leave hungry, and that is being kind. I had to edit my review because the service was pretty good, the issue was we waited 30 to 45 minutes for food, and we were the only ones there. The food was mediocre, and if I have to wait that long for food, it had better be great. The bright spot was our server, she was great, she apologized many times for the wait. I need to apologize to her for my original review of the poor service. I am very sorry for that, and nothing else.

Was very disappointed with the extremely slow service. It was not busy at all and our food took almost an hour. The pancakes were partially hard and the eggs Benedict was literally tasteless. Will not go again.

Ordered my birthday meal from here: Western Skillet and Signature Pancakes (Cinnamon Swirl) with a bottle of Orange Juice, was perfect, thank you

Was served by Shelley in the lounge last night. She was fine at first, but something set her off and she became extremely rude. Slamming things on our table, etc. When I confronted her about it- she went off about us being on our phones, so rather than asking us politely to not do whatever the heck it was that was bothering her, she decided to throw a tantrum like a toddler and expect us to read her mind. Better lounges in the Millwoods Area with proper service. Probably won’t be back. Sad because I enjoyed visiting this place occasionally.

Came here after church waited over 40 minutes to get food and the place is a ghost town when we finally got it no cutlery to eat it with and the food tastes very cheap and gross steak was okay but very small portion they gave us a tiny ketchup cup that's all we get to eat half a plate of hashbrowns with and the service is so bad they ask is it all good and walk away before any reply.

Popped in on a whim this morning. Very quiet as it was early. AMAZING food. Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and our server was a gem. We'll be back

They hosted a princess lunch with Cinderella and Buzz Lightyear. It was the absolute highlight of our weekend.

I froze to death, service sucked, waisterest spent all her time in the back distracting the cook. Took over 45minutes to get our food.

Service was good but food was worst, potatoes was cold, both dishes wasn't cooked properly and tasteless. Mushrooms and spinach was uncooked (raw). We won't be visiting smitty's again.

I am very frustrated with the service I had here my meal was still RAW! Highly do not recommend going here.

Went to smitty's again with family. Staff very pleasant and made experience enjoyable. Food came out a bit slow, but was worth it. Everything was delicious. So worth the wait. Will continue to go here as long as the standsrds remain the same.

Very bad experience. The restaurant was empty, all we could hear is the employees being extremely loud and inappropriate.
It took over 45 mins to get serve a poutine a burger and a 1pc of fish and chips (literaly)
The food got served cold and the fries were over cooked on top of it I still cant believe we spent 90$ at this Location. Everything that got serve was just bad, the fish the chips the soup the fries the burger, what a waste.

Went out for dinner, asked for hot sauce, waitress said they don't have any, few minutes later she was carrying a bottle of tabasco hot sauce. End of the meal, she said she would bring the bill instead of asking if we wanted dessert. This was around 630 pm, there were 3 other tables that had people seated. Disappointing experience.although Food was good.
