I wouldn't buy anything from this company. Bunch of crooks if you ask me. All comes down to upper manage/owner. Worst than dealing with a used car salesman.

Pool table is good really like it, after paid everything up front for the delivery and for the table, on delivery day they wanted another $400 because my delivery time is in the evening that was there excuse I refused and they canceled my delivery and after sometime I got my table at a extra cost, till today they have not made things right. I did contact management and they dint respond or provide and customer service or make things right.stay away! Now a days you buy a good pool table anywhere
why go through this when you don't have to. I think the best thing is to stay away!

I owe a huge Thank you to Gloria for helping me with their pool table lift. She was so helpful with explaining how to use it and without her help it wouldn’t have happened. It’s hard to find customer service like what I got from Gloria. She truly is an Asset to that company.

Only reason for 2 stars is my Brunswick table and accessories are awesome. The installers were awesome too. Retire Tony and quit hurting your business. Tony single-handedly turned this from a 5 star to almost 1. Not enough room or energy here to explain. Go elsewhere. Shady business practices.

Edit to address reply: I did call him a straight shooter, but that changed after you got my money. If you want me to type the full story for others to judge say so and I will gladly oblige. Read the other reviews. The President Tony IS the problem and a crooked shooter at best, not straight!

Nice selection of pool cues. The front counter lady was friendly, but the pool counter person acted as though he had better things to then help us.
